She'll be Bishop'd give it six months.

Did somebody accidentally gave her alcohol again?

It'll be someone from West Coast Avengers (hopefully America Chavez).

What do you call the comics equivalent to “ratings trap”?

so why is she turning evil, is it an outside factor or did carol finally had a breakdown and decided to go 14/88

capeshit

Cover for issue #13
Not known yet but that’s the new direction they want for Carol.
>ComicBook.com was able to speak with Captain Marvel writer Kelly Thompson for a short interview, and the comic book writer teased that her series is going to push Carol Danvers to the furthest edge.
>"I think it’s going to be a terrific Carol story that really highlights her strengths as a character – and maybe some weaknesses as well,” the writer explained, “Issue 12 is unlike any script I’ve written for Marvel before and unlike any Carol story I’ve ever read. It’s a little risky but I’m excited. I hope people love it."

Captain Dyke killing all the Male Avengers.
Kek.

If we’re lucky, that Avenger will be Captain Marvel.

>Hail Hydra

Why did they include a picture of Larson, she has nothing to do with it

Sites need easy clicks

>Captain Marvel will kill the Avengers Franchise
ftfy

It's Tigra

Is this new version known as Non-Binary?

Who at Marvel has the boner for heeling out superheroes?

Who is even an active member of the Avenger right now, and who hasn't been an Avenger at some point?

The Scarlet Witch was on the cover of the November issue, the first appearance of Dark Carol, even though she's not currently an Avenger. Given how badly Marvel has treated Wanda in recent years, it wouldn't surprise me if she's made the sacrificial lamb.

The sad part is Wanda could body carol easily.

she kills them with a fungal infection

What does that mean?

Murdercarol thread right.

Woop dee doo. Didn't Hulk kill Vision recently, and no one cared?

Now we get to call her captain teamkilling fucktard, not just captain fucktard.

Bishop genocided billions of people in the future just on the off chance he might have caught Hope Summers in the nuclear conflagration. This atrocity that would make Hitler blush was soon forgotten about and hand waved away and everything is rainbows and sunshine in the X-family again.

>and hand waved away
They didn't even bother hand-waving it away. They could have easily just said "that was actually an evil Bishop from an alternate universe", instead all we got was Psylocke making Bishop forget everything he did, and then when he got his memories back he just said "Yeah...sorry" to Hope and Cable for trying to murder them, conveniently leaving out all of the people he nuked.

I mean, she's been killing her sales for God knows how long. Is she killing herself?

user, her reorders alone almost made the top 100 last month
her series is doing incredible

>conveniently leaving out all of the people he nuked.
'The more you ignore it the cooler you look...'
youtube.com/watch?v=Sqz5dbs5zmo

Number 1s tend to do that.

“She’s killing it” comes with a huge asterisk, considering how many times her book got cancelled the few years.

It’s pretty sad, considering that if they weren’t trying to push her as hard they are, they’d be cancelled more frequently.

But it was #8

Attached: 1447844848850.jpg (908x908, 206K)

Interesting. What position at the top 100? Must be very high.

Yup.
If he success continues like Immortal Hulk's did, than she is a hit, otherwise, I'd be weary of how successful her books actually are.

>32k
It bothers me that people actually just buy floppies like this, simply because this is a post-film comic. Honestly horrible. If anything, the quality of her books has gotten worse since SDK.

People who buy floppies are honestly retarded.

July, she was 66th position.
August, she was 47th.

>caring or even reading the current avenger run
lol, what a loser thing to do

>Who will be next? And why?
It will be a male
YOU KNOW WHY

Just bring the real Carol Danvers back Ms Marvel
No one like this nu-Carol Captain Marvel anyway

>Carol Kills someone

Is it Tuesday, feels like a Tuesday. That's usually when Carol kills someone isn't it?

I hope she teams up with Pymtron to finally end Stark

>marvel killing someone in an event
Wow so shocking!!!!

I'd bet Spiderman, just to fuck with Sony

Why do Pymfags seethe over Tony so much?

Star is going to take that Carols black costume

Attached: ___.jpg (550x877, 62K)

cause Tony treats Pym the worst of all people on earth, literally worse than villains.

Kek. They can keep seething then. Because he's not dying and if he does he just comes back with a new body eventually.

Channeling some Captain Marvel/SHAZAM here.
I am guessing some Marvel employees read the Billy/Carol threads here.

Alliterative name buddies

Matt is very obsessed with Brie.

She will either get killed or imprisoned by the X-men or by Carol (who used to interact with Wanda, but has since been replaced by Kamala, Jessica, etc).

As WandaVision and DSitMoM are in 2021, I expect Wanda to be dead or in limbo for 2020.

In summer of 2021 she will appear in three panels of Doctor Strange, saying "oh no", and a variant cover or two, and that will be all.

Of course!

Death by Snu Snu.

And that Avenger will be back in a year due to stupidity

She already killed protector, before. Really not surprising. More, like, about time.

What do you mean "turning" evil?

Carol's his being Carol.

He just broke Vision, who then refused to be fixed all the way. Vision now has a finite lifespan and will die eventually.

Which in Marvel sliding timescale means never.

>spoiler alert: they didnt die for real and everything will go back to normal because nothing ever happens in these stupid comics

With any luck, it's Robbie. With all the damage Aaron has done to him, I'd rather they just put him out of his misery.

Hell nobody likes that Carol as a character either she just makes their cocks hard.

Why all suits are horribly awful after Disney took over Marvel comics?
Lack of good taste and knowing that superhero suits have to look like superhero suits
Looks like they hired an advertising agency to make all these new suits.

>It doesn't sell

Attached: eorfbpuz.jpg (941x640, 116K)

A character that they don't have the film rights of, duh.

You're wrong, nobody likes Captain Marvel!
Carol Danvers was one of the most beloved characters in Marvel comics.
Everything changed at that moment that they decided to turn her into a stupid, arrogant tranny character.

An event?

Kelly Thompson was already asked about this and said Wanda is not in the book at all. (She was responding to rumors that she hates Wanda, which apparently she does not.)

Brooks drew her on the cover, apparently, because he likes to draw her and no other reason. Wanda and Pietro aren't in the solicits for any comics for the rest of the year.

Rich Johnston was probably right when he says there was a plan to turn Wanda and Pietro back into Magneto's spawn that got put on hold, because even by the standards of the way Marvel treats Wanda, it's weird to have her completely absent from anything when there's not an in-story reason for it like post-House of M.

Attached: 640.png (288x415, 178K)

Are you guys really stupid to think that she will kill a relevant Avengers? it will be D-Man or Stingray or Rage, you know... a shitty z-list Avenger and you know why? because nobody cares about Carol! that's why this is an arc and not an event like when real heavy hitters like Hulk or Sentry go mad.

I want to work in the industry but Jesus Christ, who approves this crap?

NObody liked Carol, or at least niether liked the big cunt she was during (and post) Civil War.

Wasn't she a villain ever since she became a tranny dyke? I seem to remember her running a concentration camp for innocent people in Civil War 2...

No one. Marvel has no editors anymore.

Maybe tony, again.

Wtf, I love Doom now

Someone who wants the old Bishop back. Soon this crime will be ignored and lost to time. Just like the murders Black cat did during Superior spiderman run as villian.

Just when Disney decided to change Ms Marvel to Captain Marvel to suit the MCU
the change they made was a disaster

Attached: 176387498779867.jpg (1291x639, 134K)

Spiderman due to the sony shit

Kind of weird they’re pushing for villain Carol after her successful girl power movie.

Villains can be powerful and independent, too.

>Carol Danvers was one of the most beloved characters in Marvel comics.
Not true then and not true now.

all costumes now need to be live-action compatible

Aside from the edgy costume this is just a regular tuesday for Carol. She tried killing Iron Man and instead put him in a coma.

>implying Marvel has editors

Attached: answer.png (1370x1043, 2.59M)

What the fuck is Marvel doing? It seems like all they do for their events now is heroes fighting each other.

marvel has no villains

Haven't the last several Spider-man arcs been villains fighting villains?
>Venom vs Carnage
>Boomerang vs the Sinister Sixters
>Kraven vs literally everyone

Vision interacting with Death's Head would be fun, but we get DH babysitting Wiccan and his boyfriend instead.

Death by Kree Strapon.

What a way to go.

I have no faith in her Deadpool series

Spidey-Man because Snoy took the franchise back.

Feige looks to be going full mystic with Wanda, who thus very handily lays all the groundwork for Blade and Werewolf by Night (rumoured to be in Moon Knight) because her mystical lore goes right to the heart of that, with Chthon being both the source of a ton of supernatural threats and neatly filling the role of evil father figure.

Hence Cebulski's concern about casuals being confused.

I think Wanda and Pietro were going to be in HoX and PoX but plans were abruptly dropped a couple of months ago when they realized the direction Feige was going in.

You could even, if you want to read tea leaves, see "Pretender" as a jab at the MCU.

>Not liking Star's design

Attached: image.gif (402x300, 1.96M)

If Chthon actually turns out to be in WandaVision I feel like I owe you a Coke. I still think it's not likely but I didn't think Wanda ever appearing in a movie again was likely either (and to get back on topic, I doubt Marvel publishing thought it was likely)

I thought Bishop was dropped from the lineup and forgotten before all of that anyway. No one remembers when he stopped being an X-Man, he just sort of faded into obscurity before Age of Apocalypse sometime without anyone noticing.

Why did marvel decide to make her an insane rage freak willing to kill the shit out of other heroes around 09-ish? Seems like a weird direction for Carol

Evil Carol is a cooler outfit than her usual one

She had the gauntlet, and if she's really the strongest like she claims she is, she could have done the snap herself. She already has a dead Avenger on her hands.

Checked and keked

>As WandaVision and DSitMoM are in 2021, I expect Wanda to be dead or in limbo for 2020.
>In summer of 2021 she will appear in three panels of Doctor Strange, saying "oh no", and a variant cover or two, and that will be all.
This happens, or she also appears in a weekly Avengers mini each year, and Zub keeps making his off-panel crackship more serious each time.

>He just broke Vision, who then refused to be fixed all the way. Vision now has a finite lifespan and will die eventually.
He was fully repaired at the end of Avengers No Road Home, and is currently appearing in Slott's Iron Man, where Pymtron has merged him with Wonder Man, a change presented as permanent and irreversible.

Civil War ruined Carol for me.

Attached: sSxRErx.jpg (899x1413, 493K)

Civil Wars just bring out the worst in her. Imagine what she might do in Civil War 3.

>being this casual

post the real version not edits user

Attached: 1466979889627.jpg (568x537, 134K)

god I fucking hate West Coast Avengers

Civil War ruined a lot of characters for a good while.

Carol at least regrets and tries to make amends for it. Tony and Richards have no regrets whatsoever, only feeling terrible that their constitutional-violating registration act failed. Tony still claims he would do it again, and Richards claims it is the fault of Tony and the other leaders of the Pro-Registration Act for why it failed to succeed. Fucking Nerdy Douchebags, both of them.

>Tony still claims he would do it again
Which is pretty contradictory because he states it wasn't worth it in The Confession and Director of SHIELD is him dealing with his guilt.

Is it going to be some random D list black superhero like Goliath?

>Carol at least regrets and tries to make amends for it.
And then she goes and leads the charge of stupidity in Civil War 2.

LOL

Attached: 1565904885203.png (633x571, 541K)

No, that was Tony. Carol was on the right side of CW2. You'd know that if you actually read it.

So she is like the opposite? So she becomes a likable character?

Attached: 1491228474311.jpg (596x542, 133K)

Oh that's why she turned evil, she messed up her makeup. Haha women.

Attached: garland women.png (260x114, 37K)

That's not true in the least. Civil War: The Confession, Director of SHIELD, and Avengers/Invaders all features Tony heavily affected by guilt and self hatred over the events of Civil War and the SHRA. Even AI Tony in Secret Empire who has all memories intact of that one year he erased so Osborn wouldn't get his hands on the database of registered heroes airs out his regrets to Hydra Cap.

Nah if Spider-Man wasn't literally the biggest comic character it'd be different though
Then you'd have him getting the X-Men treatment during the Inhuman push

>Kompson
>Actually writing anything risky.

Let me guess, the issue isn't going to have a box wine girl superhero party?

I hope she kills her self

Probably. When they need to fuck up an Avenger but not actually fucking up an Avenger.
