Nah. If anything, the very comic itself implied that the characters controlled by Poison Ivy had their super-powers/senses amped because she couldn't control them as well as they could, so she wasn't able to restrain herself using them as they could if they were in control of themselves. That's why Superman was taken down by Batman with a simple whistle when Poison Ivy used his super-senses to hear on Batman and Catwoman conversation, and as well Superman pretty much killed Batman with a soft punch.
