Strictly speaking that's a different version of Cheetah, though I do like that Priscilla was updated in a way that keeps her directly in line with her origin but without the somewhat hilarious nature of said origin (GA Cheetah was basically a schizophrenic woman wearing a throw rug).

Naked. Incidentally, yesterday at Walmart I saw a comic titled Justice League Giant. I think it was issue 6. I opened it up, and it's a collection of stories from various artists featuring various JL characters. My interest was "Wonder Woman: Come Back To Me, pt 6". Art by Amanda Connor (Woo!), and it uses Sharp's new Cheetah design (Woo-HOO!). They had both been kidnapped by aliens, and Cheetah started fighting WW immediately after being freed from a stasis tube, thinking she was behind it. Shoulda bought it, as this story won't be released as a standalone graphic novel (and therefore not scanned) until 2020 (!!!). Think I'll head back over there today and pick it up.

The old pelt costume was magic so you could just have the old one be fueled by a lesser form of the magic that Barbara has. You could even have it so that she found out about the dagger from Rich

She basically is, it's just they very rarely lean into it as hard as they should.
This is a broader issue I have with the franchise. Wonder Woman isn't, or rather shouldn't be a superhero. She makes way more sense as a pulp heroine. Everything about her design, mythos, and supporting cast seem far more suited to pulpy adventure stories rather than patrolling a city.
This extends to her rogues, especially Barbara, who, character-wise, is an evil version of the adventuring archaeologist archetype, and her powers and origins are straight up adventure serial stuff. They ought to just roll with that.

Cheetah looking freakish and threading the line between human and animal is the whole point, visually, it represent her evil nature emerging and taking over. She allows it to happen, when she runs around buck naked, mauling people and just tormenting them for fun, that's her willingly turning into a monster, the curse only being an excuse. If the animal imagery isn't clear she's just a demon bitch. Her actual humanity, specially the face needs to be affected and twisted for the theme to work, it needs to be clear she's become a proverbial as well as literal animal.
