Out of all the MCU girls, the one who is least talked about is Wasp, by a considerable margin too. Why is this?

Her costume is really bad and they really haven't done anything interesting with her. We already know she loves her mom and we already know that he likes Lang. We also know that he's more competent than Lang but they don't really show anything impressive. Her action scenes are laughable to what you would expect. There's no impact and barely any contact with her strikes.
