the villain wasn't really a villain and it was basically an extension of ant-man 1 and a setup for endgame.
that said, it wasn't bad, at all. if you view the MCU as a show you could say this was a filler ep. or at least setup. we all knew Evangeline was gonna be the wasp, so the biggest point of this movie is reuniting Hank with his wife and getting Scott in the quantum realm.

Most of the conflict was being pushed by a sleazy salesman who had nothing to do with the plot.

Too much showing off how incapable Scott was compared to Hope, who is a very flat character now that she doesn't hate her dad anymore.
It was also poorly edited and overall just not very exciting.
