If what Starfire in the original Titans cartoon said is true then Most Tamaraneans would actually be able to hurt him.
His weakness is positive emotion so anyone that can fire something like a happiness beam into his face would do some damage.
That being said he is a cheating mother fucker so expect him to have brainwashed a few planet's worth of armies to stand between him and the asshole firing beams of Kitten's dreams and fairy dust.

See Zero would fuck all of the street/light cosmis level characters. Except MAYBE Batman if the writer is the type of batwanker who is beyond retarded. The heavy cosmic/multiversal characters would be the only ones able to even face him, not even a guaranteed win the first wave or so. In the end, the DCU would survive, but he would definitely do some damage on his way out.
