Could Steven reform Cartman?

Cartman would obliterate Steven. Steven would be a mess of tears and snot.

i'd love cartman to fuck that little faggot up

Steven will try his best to prove Cartman has an inkling of morality, all the other kids try to explain to him it's no use.

Cartman uses Steven's naivety to humiliate and degrade him but Steven still tries to redeem him. Cartman goes too far by doing something awful to either the Gems or his dad. Maybe he convinces Garnet to break up, maybe he puts Pearl in the brink of suicide. Steven gets enough of his shit and kicks his ass hard and brutally.

It ends with a monologue about how some people can't be saved and sometimes you just have to kick their ass.

Steven is going to be eating his dad at the end of the episode.

South Park has had Cartman lose a bunch of times. While it's not consistent the general rule is the more innocent the victim (not counting Kyle) the more likely he'll get his comeuppance.

Besides, having Steven beat up Cartman would still make Cartman "win".

Steven would beat the shit out of Cartman unironically.

>some people can't be saved and sometimes you just have to kick their ass.
This a truth that we all have to learn sooner or later.

>It ends with a monologue about how some people can't be saved and sometimes you just have to kick their ass.
Indeed

Reformed Cartman would not be Cartman.

Depends, what show would it take place on?

If it's South Park Steven would kick Cartman's ass and we might see a sign that Cartman's not a complete monster but no. No reforming.

If it's on Steven Universe, Cartman does leave a better person but not by a lot.

It would just be a repeat of the super nanny episode. The only way to discipline Cartman is to treat him like an animal.

Isn't this just Cartman vs Wendy?

Everyone in this thread is too naive and positive.

Cartman would turn Steven into another Cartman. He'd teach him the joys of being a horrible person, which nobody else in Steven's life is doing.

It's a solid lesson but one Steven Universe believes is fundamentally incorrect.
Also, Cartman "wins" if Steven resorts to violence: The goal is to reform him, and beating Cartman up will get him to fuck off for a while, but it doesn't reform him ever.

You edgelords with a corruption fetish need to consider that Cartman has been reformed before. Steven just needs to dog whisperer him.

It ends with cartman feeding steven greg in a chilli

>Cartman would obliterate Steven

The only reason he did that was because he was being bullied. Steven's too insufferably chipper for Cartman to have a motive to murder Greg. He would just low-key bully the shit out of Steven and see how far he can take it. It would basically be a relationship comparable to Cartman and Butters.

Replace this with Connie kicking his ass and telling Steven this lesson, and it'd be a lot more accurate. I feel like Steven would be in denial that he can't help until someone like Connie intervenes.
