It's relegation v promotion in the EFL Championship this evening as two teams in wildly different circumstances meet on Teesside. For Jonathan Woodgate's Boro, a dreadful injury list combined with some rather ineffective football has seen his hometown club re-enter the relegation zone following the weekend's action, but they can get back out with an unlikely victory. Sabri Lamouchi's Forest on the other hand have been flying high and can put more pressure back on 3rd placed Fulham with a win this evening.
Kick-off at 7:45pm GMT with coverage on Sky Sports Football at 7:30pm.
How do Forest get away with playing like complete dogshit so often?
Kevin Foster
Think we're (Boro) are doomed. Three away games this month, all against teams fighting relegation too and Swansea at home. If we get two points from that I'd be surprised.
Benjamin Flores
Championship is poor quality this year, tbqh
Luke Foster
jesus christ, multiple wasted chances in added time, could've won this
Jaxon Barnes
Far from it. Stronger than last year.
William Wood
remember reading posts saying exactly the same thing last year..
Gabriel Hall
agreed even the teams you'd expect to be playing utter shit (barnsley, luton, wigan) are doing well for themselves
amazed luton have won 10 games though
Carter Ortiz
I like how tight it's getting down here I want to keep it going so it's a proper last day of season shitshow
Chase Nguyen
>Could have overtaken Leeds on points and gone second just a few weeks back >Instead opted to rest players against Charlton and lose >Now 8 points off the pace
Forest are probably the only team that can JUST themselves harder than Leeds
Lucas Rivera
17th and below is all surprising close and if you take out Barnsley and Luton then its all even closer with 5 points and 3 goal difference. Such a coin flip.
Dont worry, the Forest end of season JUST is still yet to come, I'm sure of it.
Carter Moore
Will require a high points total to survive relegation too I reckon. Maybe low 50s.
Michael Bailey
>if you take out Barnsley please don't - I am /dingle/
Wyatt Diaz
The run of games from Huddersfield through to Swansea looks potentially pretty JUSTworthy
Oliver Williams
Leeds are going to go up and there's nothing any of you can do about it
Owen White
bit of a shame there's no relegation team v relegation team game
