I don't think the chants are a problem. A bit of derogatory name-calling by the fans is a staple of the sport. But the club does have a responsibility to intervene if there are banners/tifos with inappropriate content because it's so easy for them to deny those entry to the ground. The chants are spontaneous and outside the club's control. The banners/tifos are not.
