Clippers are kind of built for that, though. Their rotation is good enough that they'll probably be able to squeak by a good chunk of games with just one of their big two. By comparison, look at what'll happen to the rockets if harden goes down or the lakers without lebron.

On my second season in 2k20 and the Thunder have a better record than the Clippers with the same exact core.

If you're talking about Myleague, you have to crank the sim difficulty up to like 85-100. And get rid of injuries, the injury list always fill up with the great players who play a lot of minutes.
If you really want realism you could go into each teams coaching settings and change Sim points of emphasis. Also change shot and touches tendencies for the good players.
