what should we call these four teams collectively?
The "Big 6" is clearly broken into Liverpool/Man City plus these four shitters, it doesn't feel right to group them with the big two, especially when one of them will probably finish 8th this season.
Nothing, the PL is a two team league, just like la liga
The rest are irrelevant Valencia tier
Matthew Parker
The 4 shitters
Noah Diaz
The Turds
Jason Watson
>3 of this teams used to dominate the PL 15 years ago
What went wrong?
Adam Bennett
Arsenal just needs a good coach and a CB with a new CDM. Rest need a bigger effort
Charles Thomas
The JUSTice league
William Watson
>livershits talking about these four as if they are even in the same tier as city
All time most points in a season, try to keep up.
Luke Cooper
>All time most points in a season 4L
Ryder Foster
Talking about History yea? I thought only Liverpool fans did that? :^)
Connor Rivera
lel this
Isaac Perez
>losing to spuds in the competition you care about the most top jej
William Stewart
I feel old now. Fuck you.
Gabriel Thompson
All I know is if they were the beatles, Arsenal would be Ringo Starr.
Jayden Mitchell
Why not Spurs? They are anti-trophies
Adam Morales
The four stooges.
Jackson Richardson
based
Zachary Jones
because spurs atleast came 2nd
Jordan Powell
At least Arsenal wins a FA Cup here and then
Zachary Powell
spurs rekt
Colton Cooper
United just needs a good coach and a RW with a new CDM. Rest need a bigger effort.
Christopher Watson
Jews
Grayson Johnson
stupid macaco
Thomas Powell
>man utd >big six this year hmmm
Chase Rodriguez
There's no big six, there's a top five
City are above everyone and the rest are Liverpool, Tottenham, Chelsea and Manchester United with the last two bordering on falling out with the rest.
Joshua Mitchell
You have to be some kind of deluded ABL to believe this. Liverpool is well above Spurs, Chelsea, Tottenham, Man United. And they are not very distant from City
Isaiah Stewart
haha Spurs rekt, Shit in the past and Now
Austin Price
Well if they have a couple more seasons like last year, they sure will be up there with City.
Kevin Nelson
>arsenal below man utd madman
Aiden Hall
Arsenal haven't been in the Champions League for how many years now? Thank you.
Robert Williams
The four jobbers.
Noah Taylor
>history vs present day why would you do that?
Josiah Hernandez
the pressuers
Joshua Carter
United needs to drop the nig mafia and get a new RB, RW, CDM, ST and creative 10
Brody Brooks
Tottenham really improved in the 2010s. I started to watch football in the 00s and they were a chronic midtable team. Well done, spurs
James Garcia
well if you look at their history, its been one gradual rise overall
Angel Torres
la liga is a zero team league right now
Anthony Lee
/bundes/ finna be 3-team kino this season
Gabriel Garcia
Jlingz'z training ground... yeh... what a player...
Isaiah Long
jajaja
what a fagot
Connor Carter
Liverpool and ManC are below these four though dumb faggot asses
Good luck with American owners. They have some sort of agenda to fill every team with pacy french niggers.
Carter Russell
The 4 bastions of middeling mid table mediocrity
James Johnson
They were elite in the 60s. Had moments in the 70s and 80s. Fell off in the 90s.
Jaxson Perez
Right now I see City/Liverpool as Barca/Real level dominators in the traditional sense, while the rest of the big six have slipped into the rest of the league. Everyone can beat everyone, except City and Liverpool. It's the big two and everyone else.
Lincoln Morris
The Adequate 4.
Luis Clark
The sound four
Jace Price
the second tier queers
Caleb Gutierrez
City lost to Norwich's B team literally a week ago
Leo Wright
The europa league elite
Carson White
The banter quartet is perfect
John Clark
Upsets can happen, Bayern had a piss awful start list season and still won their, what, 7th consecutive league title while nipping Dortmund's heels the whole time.
Andrew Wright
The only thing these teams can do it cement the best of the rest place which used to be fifth but now third. Spurs would be seen as best to do this but ate shitting the bed. Arsenal and spurs are very equal where as cheslea and man utd are just shite and really need to be worried about Leicester cucking them. Top four really should be Liverpool city spurs arse. North London just need to shit the bed a little less and it's easy top four
Elijah Anderson
Does anyone unironically believe that City team would stand a chance against Chelsea 04/05 or United 07/08? You'd be retarded to think so
Michael Murphy
The big two featuring the europa leaguers
Juan Gutierrez
Man United is going to go into a multi-decade shitstreak like Arsenal has been in and it is awesome
Jordan Martinez
Spurs haven't won a relevant trophy in 28 years. 28 fucking years lmao.
Austin Jones
You don't consider 2nd place trophy relevant?
Isaac Bailey
That's actually very very sad. Yesterday's matches made it clear for all top-5 leagues - it's gonna be the same shit for another year. England is >mancitywinslol Spain is >barcawinslol/realwinslol In Italy I have no doubts Inter will flop in second part of the season PSG doesn't have any other real contenders
Yesterday's victories of PSG and Real made me really depressed somehow (tho I was neutral in both matches). We will never see average not ultrarich club like Lyon, Sevilla, Lazio win a league. Hell I would be happy to see Arsenal contending for a title in EPL. I guess I'm done with this semen slurping sport
Aiden Nguyen
Cmon spurs are better than the other 3 jokes
Connor Smith
But Manure has as many first division titles as Liverpoop and Shitty put together
Leo Kelly
When's the last time they won anything?
Robert Rivera
>Ole's at the wheel man. He's doing it. He's doing his thing. Man United are BACK! >Loving Everton's business this summer. Here's an early call - they finish above Liverpool this season.
Not sure which one gives me more pleasure desu. Whenever Liverpool win, I think to myself that from time to time, even I enjoy life. I'm a totally normal guy. I'm the normal one.
It's not history if they're the reigning champions
Sebastian Rogers
they just got to the CL final and are a lock for top 4 every year pretty much despite negative net spend, plus just built a new stadium and have a manager that the rest would kill for. the other 3 are much richer clubs but are floundering around like incompetent jokes and being laughed at unlike spurs
Austin Butler
>loses to Leicester
Carter Howard
It's funny how nobody mentioned the big 6 being broken up when Chelsea were finishing 10th one year, then winning the league, or when Liverpool finished 6th, 8th, 6th (I think three years in a row): and still, they haven't won the league. All the deluded scousers really are running amok.
Jose Barnes
>average not ultrarich club >like Lyon I hope this is a joke because if PSG was not here Lyon would have 3 times the budget of their runner up
Bentley Thompson
Alright guys, all of them are shit, but who is the Jannety? And who is the Michaels?
Alexander Scott
>Loving Everton's business this summer. Here's an early call - they finish above Liverpool this season. Lol, who thought that'd happen?
Nolan Scott
there wasnt a big 6 back when liverpoo were that shit because city/spurs werent big enough. there was the big 4. chelsea had just won the league the year before. it needs more than one year to break it up, but consistent mediocrity over years
Andrew Rivera
united are the michaels but in his JUST phase where he was turning up coked off his head
spurs are the janetty for sure
Owen Ward
>Spurs aren't being laughed at >All that going for them and still 0 (zero) trophies since a league cup over 10 years ago
Can't compare the EPL to the others just yet, only if City win 2/3 of the next titles. Since 2011, Buyern, Barca, Juve, and PSG have all dominated their leagues (missing out on between zero and two titles each) while the EPL has had Man U, Man City, Leicester, and Chelsea win, and last year there was a point off there being a fifth different winner. Champions like City can be beat by newly promoted teams, recently promoted teams have won the league, and even the shit teams can splash the cash on big name signings and finish high (Wolves, etc).
Ayden Rogers
oil money
Brayden Jackson
A mutt semen slurping City, I am shocked.
Jose Gray
but thats why chelsea dominated 15 years ago
Cameron Jenkins
There’s no need for a “but” in that sentence
Austin Reyes
Kevin Nash was raped at gunpoint in the summer of 92
David Russell
Man Utd's recruitment since Fergie retired has been absolutely tragic. How do you spend almost a billion pounds over the course of 6 years and be no better off than you were at the start?
David Lopez
Liverpool don't have shit like Alcacer starting for them though.
Sebastian Russell
okay but what did they win?
Mason Diaz
Richard Keys
Jack Flores
Why do you compare Arsenal to these absolute shit teams lmao
>Liga looks more open than the EPL You can't make this shit up
Ryder Edwards
la liga is shit, the only reason it was ever relevant was because of Cristiano Ronaldo.
Lincoln Cruz
The 4 Chasers
Nicholas Young
nice goal difference sven
Lucas Price
that makes absolutely no sense
Ryan Powell
enlighten me, if goal difference is so important why is arsenal above all the other shitters? moron
Connor Walker
>replying to this underage /redditnorge/
Michael Cruz
I don't understand this english obsession with titles as the only factor determining if a team is good. Who cares that ManU or Arsenal won some garbage title no one cares about. They are playing like garbage and currently well below the Spurs. If a team is consistently second/third place they should be ranked higher than some team that misses the cl most of the time.
Jackson Turner
Will look a lot different by Christmas
Christopher Cooper
in england insulting your rival teams matters more than the truth. we will bend any facts we can or even make up lies if it means we can shit on another team
Dylan Moore
how can you seethe this much just because i call you paki lmao
Grayson Miller
>I don't understand this english obsession with titles as the only factor determining if a team is good. Leverkusen fan I assume?
Jose Lopez
Liverpool are closer to those four than they are to City. The cracks will show at Old Trafford and eventually they will bottle it as always.
Juan Rodriguez
Chelsea and the Wankers
John Cooper
>United Loss of Fergie and Howard Webb meant they lost a lot of their domineering authority >The others Poor player investments eventually overweighing the good, allowing other teams that were managed better to bridge the gap >Spurs Were always shit
It's not money, most of the massive transfers you see flop more than they hit. It's entirely down to managers and in manure's case, referees
John Russell
>Loses to West Ham in their new stadium they just knocked Man City out of the Champions League in
Aiden Cox
The muh CL qualification mentality midgets
James Gomez
The chasing pack. That used to refer to Spurs/Everton/Newcastle/Villa back in the day, seems fair to bring it back now.
Robert Morgan
Kek
Aiden Jones
You forgot to add Leicester, they're the Famous Five.
Anthony Barnes
>Loss of Fergie and Howard Webb meant they lost a lot of their domineering authority They never really replaced Steve Bennett either.
>Liverpool are closer to those four than they are to City Delusional.
Cameron Robinson
It feels like more because the likes of the Watford draw felt like a loss.
Camden Perry
>1 point behind City in first, 25 points ahead of Chelsea in third. ABLism is a mental illness
Ian Cooper
Have you see us this year? Were fucking shite
Carter Flores
leicester and based ham are the only two interesting teams to watch for anything other than car crash reasons. man city and scousers win by default, everyone else is too shite or boring to bother with. arsenal are okay too since they're an absolute basket case.
Luis Rivera
If Liverpool doesn't win the league this year they are just as bad as the rest
Ethan Bennett
> 4/5 seasons ago Liverpool wasn't even a top 4 team > they get decent for two seasons under klopp and suddenly EPL is like La Liga lmao you fucking shits you haven't been league champions in almost 30 years. I literally never saw you win a championship my entire living existence
reminder that tottenyids haven't won a single trophy for TWELVE YEARS, and a trophy that isn't the mickey mouse cup for TWENTY NINE YEARS. Yep, that's right. TWENTY NINE YEARS since they won an actual major trophy
how can you say tottenovens is anything but a joke?
Julian Bennett
the floptastic four
Matthew Brooks
lol boomer. Those teams wouldnt stand a chance against Peps city. Wtf would even a slow midfielder without defensive capabilities like Paul Scholes do against citys press?
>and have a manager the rest would kill for >le 4 wins in 16 games man
Literally Ole tier
Wyatt Howard
>t. 12 years old Yeah, Tevez Rooney and Ronaldo wouldn't tear City to bits, delusional
Robert Richardson
I mean, only 4 of the big 6 have a premier league title. Liverpool, being part of this "big 2", should surely have a couple of titles, right?
Christopher Anderson
>get a bullshit cl group >advance to knockouts >get btfo by some b-tier side >memed Repeat
Elijah Baker
Do you think any of these teams would fall out of top 6 this season?
Isaac Morgan
Wait, you're telling me Liverpool do NOT have a premier league title? Didn't they finish with 97 points last season?
Jason Lewis
granada would finish top in EPLel
Kevin Lee
>Liverpool, being part of this "big 2", should surely have a couple of titles, right? Depends on the brand, apparently. Like how the "FA Cup" is now a different trophy from that one season it was called the "FA Cup sponsored by Littlewoods Pools".
And Blackburn have never won the Premier League, since the top division was called the Premiership back then. And the Barclays Premier League can never be won again by anyone.
It's still the Big 6 because even though these four are shit relative to Shitty and Liverpoo, they still have top or world class players who would be playing in the biggest clubs in Europe outside the prem. >Kane, Son, Eriksen >CHO, Kante, Rudiger >Aubameyang, Lacazette >Rashford, De Gea
Chelsea won 1 CL, 3 EPLs, 3 FA Cups, 1 League Cup and 2 Europa Leagues this decade.
Liverpool win 1 League Cup and then a CL final against Spuds and suddenly they're a big 2?
Lmao.
Aaron Hill
Isn't "the big 6 just a media meme that your pundits came up with like 5 years ago?
Daniel Moore
Kek la liga is in major flux. When messi retires itll be very interesting. RM are gonna end midtable.
Gabriel Flores
>95690877 >Kane >Aubameyang >Lacazette >Rashford >world class
Luke Murphy
Just like when Fergie met Pep's Barca, right?
Nathan Cox
Kane, Aubameyang and Lacazette are literally carrying their trash teams tho
Adam Brown
The arrogance of Pep against teams like Norwich and destruction of his soulless team by VAR will cause Abu Dhabi City's destruction. Manchester has never been blue and never will be. Enjoy the oil money while it lasts City fans, but remember even without the same funding teams can beat you. You won't have an easy day at Old Trafford, I can tell you that.
Isaac Reed
whatever you say Angus
Jacob Long
>Hudson-Odoi >world class or top play >has done nothing in Chelsea and hasn't been able to even get in the lineup
stop posting, people like you are the reason everyone rips me for my flag here when I post in a soccer thread
David Johnson
keep seething
Alexander Torres
cho is better than poolishit easily. Buyern were gonna spend 40+ million on him at just 18 because he's a world class talent and better than sancho (who cucked poolishit)
Jace Morgan
Remember when the media constantly gave Arsenal shit for not winning anything for 8+ years? Yet they suck Spuds off no end.
Thomas Harris
chelshit fucked themselves with their dodgy transfer dealings, loan army and appointing a championship tier manager
united fucked themselves by buying shit players only for how many instagram followers they have and following it up with overpaying for english cloggers then hiring a guy whos only top level experience was getting relegated with cardiff
arsenal fucked themselves by keeping a literal pensioner as manager for 10 years then replacing him with a career flop
spurs are the only team that deserves to not get laughed at. theyre tinpot compared to the other 3 and outperform them anyway
Brayden Jones
10 years too long i mean for wonga. should have sacked him when they bottled the CL final it was all downhill from there for over a decade
Ethan Rodriguez
John & Paul ------------------- George, Ringo, Pete Best, Stuart Sutcliffe
