The key is to limit your variance as much as possible. Watch the games. Play the matchups. Learn how to stream defenses and kickers (and QBs and TEs, depending on your depth). Navigating the waiver wire and maintaining depth on your bench is the single most important thing once the bye weeks start to hit. If you can handle it better than your opponents, chances are you're going to win.

With Carson basically losing his job this week my hope is that I could acquire Mixon to become my full time starter behind Zeke. But Im worried about that If I trade Devante he will start becoming the number 1 receiver I hoped he would be. This is PPR, no? A receiver can't go negative unless he fumbles or catches for more than -10 yards, so just start him. There's a better chance at a stat correction than there is that he finishes with negative points.

If anything you should drop Murray. He looked awful today and he's one bad run/torn ACL away from going down anyway. Rivers is a reliable 20 points for certain matchups or bye weeks when you need to plug him in occasionally and is just an all around terrific bench option at QB. Plus he's got the Dolphins next week so I'd definitely hang around for that at least.
