Goodell is an even worse David stern and the average NFL fan isn't a hypefag like basketball Americans and they are stop watching and attending games

Patriotswinlol is a thing
It's a lot of things I'm too lazy to type out down to shit you wouldn't think about like when I go I'm in the pisser 1/4 of the game because I'm an alcoholic and have to piss every 30 seconds when I start drinking
Watching on tv is infinitely superior
This is the biggest reason outside of cost.
I'm banned from the Jags stadium for fighting a black titans fan
It's not like everyone knows that everything's predetermined before training camp begins and that certain "markets" are fucked from day one.

That's the same as the AFL, where we have a 23 round regular season and still average 40k attendance overall. And in AFL states (ie not counting qld and nsw where there are 4 expansion teams) the average is almost 60k.
People stopped paying attention to football in 2015/1016 to focus on politics, and many never went back.
This is more an indictment of politics than football, mind.
You guys don't have fuck all else to do other than clubbing dingos, boxing kangaroos, and trying to dodge sharks on your surf boards, though. We have other sports we like here. Not to mention college football which is more entertaining and generally cheaper to attend, with better pageantry and atmosphere. And it's more local for most people.
Not paying to sit by a bunch of fat retarded boomers when I could just have a few beers and watch it on TV and have the privilege of COOMING during breaks
Uh, we have 4 major sports too mate. Aussie rules, cricket, rugby league, and union. We alos have 10% of your population. Americand are just casuals when it comes to sports.

Ive been a 49ers fan since the late 80s. Ill give you a few reasons. Too many fucking rules and replays and stoppages. You cant touch the qb anymore at all . DBs cant contest WRs . Pass interference is now replayed. the zebras have always ran the show but its definitely worse now.
