Our whole justice system is a disgrace. People are sentenced to 4-5 years for aggrevated rape, but usually only serve 2. Some mentally ill guy where I grew up stabbed his wife and daughter to death, and 3 years later we saw him roaming the streets again because he was cleared as a non-danger by the shrinks.
