You will if there ever are enough Arab and Asian players. Right now the percentage of Arab and Asian players is low enough such that if you had a bunch of Arab and Asian coaches they'd be grossly overrepresented relative to how many players there are. With black coaches, thats not the case, there re lots of black players and almost no black coaches.
Also, there is no stereotype that says Asians and Arabs can't be good coaches. But with blacks the stereotype is that black people aren't smart enough to understand tactics or have the temperament to be leaders. The problem is Asians and Arabs are not interested in football, especially not as a career. An Asian parent would flip out if their son said he wanted to purse football seriously.

In Britain right now, I think about 30% of players in the Prem/Football League are black, yet about 1% of the managers and coaches are black. That's a massive statistical anomaly that can't just be explained away with "maybe they're just not interested" or "well, black managers who get a chance are rubbish", as if a couple of examples in the last 20 years like John Barnes prove that whole theory correct. The anomaly suggests something much deeper is going on, and it's probably a level of unconscious racism that people in football don't even realise.
