His throwing does look massively improved though, especially the short darts.

He's actually good. Not sure what everyone was seeing when they say he couldn't pass. Just watch his college film, his accuracy was never his biggest weakness and he's dramatically improved his reads and ball placement. And he is the most athletic QB in the NFL.

Andy is great until flexibility in the game plan is necessary and in many critical times in his coaching career due to this, he adjusted too late in the game to win.
