Happenings: After combo of several 0 IQ attacks from Lopez starting at penultimate ascend of the day on Puerto de la Morcuera, Pogocar finally cracked. Bizarro Quintana once again lost time in mountains after gaining it on flat day earlier. Higuita was the last man standing from a breakaway of the day with 50 km to go and bravely endured GC favorites chase to take the first WT win of his career, saving EF's disastrous Vuelta at the same time. Roglic was a monolith once again and even asserted his dominance by taking sprint ahead of Valverde for the bonus seconds. Lopez took back white jersey from Pogocar, everyone from 2nd to 11th in GC shuffled one place. Roglic remains in red.
Also today: Can't decide if fraud Tour of Britain Stage 7 Warwick - Burton Dassett Country Park 188.7 km
Yesterday MVDP rode decent enough ITT to retake GC lead. He is now 6 seconds ahead of Trentin. Uphill finish favours him, so maybe he won't a fraud today after all.
I cannot believe it, my legs feels sore (some sore spots in the muscles...guess massage would fix it a bit, but I already use a foam roll) just from yesterday's 64 km ride. Wtf is up with my regenerative powers? And it's not like I have just started riding for a few weeks. This is why I am hesitant to invest any money into cycling, maybe it's not worth it after all.
foam roll your lumbal spine and you will never have trouble with sore legs again
Alexander Cook
Funny how Lord Brailsford revealed his condition in the interview with Matt Lawton, the guy who broke the jiffy bag story. He tried to make it go away promising some insignificant shit and it didn't work. Lesson learnt tho, and Matt Lawton is now the new Skineos lapdog.
Funny how fucked up his proportions are, now that he can stuff himself full with unhealthy food and beer. His torso looks bloated, while his legs are too skinny in comparison.
Good luck holding back billions of megatons of melting arctic sea water surging like a huge apocalyptic tsunami crumbling your seawalls like a deck of cards. It will be like Japan 2011 but millions of times worse. It's going to happen and you know it.
Zachary Diaz
Who cares, the whole planet is fucked anyway. Best to go out first, enjoy your postapocalyptic wasteland
Landon Anderson
Back up
John Ortiz
>enjoy your postapocalyptic wasteland Yes, Mad Max style.
iirc movistar did the same in the giro nairo won, he had a 2:30 advantage before a crash and they made him accelerate, at the end of that stage he was -5 or so
Jacob Brown
actually, I think GTs would be better with more dirty tricks kek
The worst. If you're going to play dirty, you better make it stick and win. Otherwise you're just a bitch.

The only moment where riders should wait the others is when someone is pushed down by spectators or something like that, crashes and mechanicals are part of the race
Arrieta (Movistar's sport director) has just said live on the Spanish TV that they've decided to stop because the UCI commisaires have said that a barrage shouldn't be allowed. So basically they're allowing cyclists to use cars to "push themselves forward".
Gavin Richardson
Can't wait for him to get fully focused to the classic season.
>velo de route fille Yea Forums scum and weebo vermin should be genocided
Matthew Sanchez
>yfw Rožlic crashes again
Elijah Thompson
This desu. Attacking after crashes is a bit cuntish but mechanicals are fair game in my mind. It's your own fault of you ride meme equipment that can't stay together for 200 km, can't shift without dropping chains, or have tires hand sewn by Italian virgins.
>Quintana behind Movistar riding over 80kl/h in front incoming
Adam Richardson
You better have some sauce to go with that.
Jose Young
also crashes can be divided into two groups, group crashes where you can't get away with it and those solo crashes which are result of your own possibilities liek descending, cornering etc...
Yeah, attacking after solo crash is a bit dirty but well, shouldn't have fallen then However attacking someone after a group crash that they didn't cause is a total scum move
Kayden Thompson
Oh yeah absolutely. If you TJ yourself down a cliff no one should wait for your poor ass. Big bunch crashes are the ones that you shouldn't attack after.
Oliver Robinson
Agree. Not enough green.
Jonathan Bailey
The main thing is the race situation. Today they were just cruising along so they should wait for Roglic. If it was full gas when the crash happened then you continue full gas.
Gabriel Hughes
Did you even watch the Basque Country stages?
Thomas Thomas
>Spanish tv cant even afford full stage coverage but he have Eurocopters flying over the Vuelta
would be perfect if movistar manages to crash out of the podium but i will settle with Nairo losing his podium spot

>UCI is apparently still deciding on Roglic penalty. From cyclingnews, what did i miss ? Drafting ?
Jonathan Baker
Also someone is claiming he heard from a pro that Katyusha will merge with Direct Energie
Ryder Butler
I won't be mad if this guy takes the GC lead tommorow by some miracle. Based. Boomer and that native american can suck a dick. Jumbo Pissma can also go to hell, what a disorganized team.
Dylan Scott
Yeah, kinda disliked him before because he styled on Pogachad but he's bastante basado.
Benjamin Anderson
I don't know how there are some colombians still supporting Nairo when this Basedman exists
Remeber when Valv.Piti had a mechanical and was cucked by Belkin at the TdF? And before that Movistar attacked when Belkin crashed/had a mechanical, I don't remember. And before that there was something similar. It goes on and on and on. Is that lack of sportsmanship? Definitely. Is that something unheard of? Not in a slightest. So, Superhombre, you;d better calm your breats. Movistar did nothing wrong. After all, if you can use a fucking motor in a bike race, why can't you attack after opponents' crash?
How will Movikeks defend themselves now, diddnt they claim their attack was planned and they had no notice of the crash ? It was literally the 2nd rider in the field going down
Wyatt Stewart
So these are the unwritten rules as they should be interpreted according to me.
>Movistar team manager José Luis Arrieta confirmed to Spanish television that his team had decided to keep working hard at the front, not because of the crash but because they had always planned an attack at that point in the race to try and form an echelon.
"We knew what the descent [where the crash happened] was like, there's a bridge and then there's an open area," he said. "We've been in situations like this with Alejandro [Valverde] in the Tour and Vuelta and nobody has asked why they didn't wait for him.
"We'd planned the move. If you'd looked we were ahead in the previous village and that's all there is to it.
"I don't like these situations. We've lost races through crashes. It was our decision to stop when the UCI [commissaires] had said that they were going to draft up the fallen riders from behind." Sánchez said he later had spoken to the Movistar riders, who said it was the team management who had told them to keep driving. cyclingnews.com/news/movistar-slated-at-vuelta-a-espana-for-racing-on-after-roglic-crash/
Name doesn't ring a bell. Did he ever do anything of note other than crash?
Isaac Cooper
>0 fucking SS subs Great fucking idea...
Adrian Hughes
he really likes that one hill in Straya
Kayden Diaz
the gold/silver/bronze coloured players are medals with raised stats, you would never sib them
unfortuntely 2agan is banned for reaching the yellow card limit
Andrew Evans
I know what medals are. >What are injuries Having 1 non-medal with actual striker stats in the subs won't kill you, having 4(FOUR) fucking cmfs is retarded
Mason Hughes
>Remco has to bridge the gaps
Austin Garcia
this tournament has no managing, just some pastebins to follow. so ther eis no real tacticool adaptation- just a lot of memery and funs the real tournament with serious shit is the Yea Forumserb Owl way later
Landon Robinson
Oh I see. Carry on then.
Henry Cruz
>"There was some oil on the road and we went down like dominos," said López's teammate Luis León Sánchez. Interesting
Nolan Parker
Seems about right to me. Obviously also why Movistar say they pre-planned the attack since that's the closest to the "already pushing" option. It might be true though that they did plan ahead but they would have to say no matter what.
Got to give the attackers a chance so it's not 100% guaranteed a bunch sprint finish.
Charles Watson
Sagan and GVA at the front
Caleb Martinez
God this race is awfully boring
Dylan Sanchez
is there even a way to make criterium interesting? I won't watch Montreal, that's fore sure, since I work at Monday.
Grayson Hall
Literally only the last 3 km are worth watching
Hunter Diaz
huh, now remember Michael Mathews what a lackluster finish
Daniel Wilson
>Matthews celebrating like a faggot for sucking wheels till the last 200 meters In this form Sagan will beat Ala at the worlds
Kevin Bell
> Matthews wins
Wish I hadn't ever bothered to do that much
Parker Lee
also >2agan
Ayden Howard
MVDP will cuck them both if that is their form at the worlds
Lucas Young
You could see in his face that he knew he wouldn't win when he was doing lead out for the other guys with 400 meters left.
Nicholas Smith
Your retarded obsession with "wheelsucking" (i.e. not being a 0iq faggot) is super annoying and all it does is confirm how new you are. Please cease your posting.
Aiden Hall
Why did Remco not ride away and win? Do we have another fraud in the making?
