Mens lives are destroyed long before the case makes it to court. When you get slapped with a rape accusation, you can kiss your friends, your job and just about everything else in your life goodbye.

That's the thing that needs correcting. Not the justice system itself. But society at large automatically assuming that if a woman and a man have conflicting accounts, we are to automatically assume that the man is lying, without taking anything else into account.
