there were three guys right behind the fence wew lads, final destination tier

>Put gravel outside the turn >They don't crash They flip, you mean. Tarmac is the safest runoff, curbs that launch cars, are not
Easton Mitchell
sure, but just sliding on your head would crush it
They don't crash because they don't go there in the first place. Just look , he didn't got pushed out or anything, he just fucked up the turn and rather than braking he just went "Lol foot to the floor, it's not like I get any consequence of that"
What did the judges award Peroni's double full twist side aerial flip?
Isaiah Thompson
lads lads, how about just not abusing track limits, then you won't come into contact with mr sausage kerb.

artificial grass is slipperier and gravel frequently ends up on track. would be better I think

It’s obvious that they know the kerb is a fucking issue why not just dig the fucking thing up instead of telling drivers there super naughty if they run wide.

>FIA has decided to remove all sausage kerbs in Parabolica before FP3 after the massive accident of F3 driver Alex Peroni this morning. Race director Michael Masi is in Parabolica right now.
That's the bullshit part. Since Salom FIM are on about how they "always" wanted a strip of gravel in front of the sea of tarmac, but the mean four-wheelers won't let them.
Jackson Flores
Death to sausage curbs (and females with sausage fingers)
Brayden King
Monza wanted it back, hence the tarmac at Parabolica and hence the hopefully dead Grande redesign.
First act was perfectly executed last week. This won't stop. Death train of LeClair sacrifices are coming again.

m8 the dead Grande redesign involved them removing the tarmac at Parabolica. Monza dumped the tarmac down for no reason without consulting the FIM.

>Formula 1 World Champion Sebastian Vettel has travelled to the Grand Prix of Italy in Monza by train and wants to set an example for climate protection. "We can't avoid flying in our job," said Vettel according to the portal motorsport-total.com. But Monza is not too far away, said the four-time World Champion living in Switzerland. It is therefore possible to travel in a CO2-friendly way.

OTOH, they did piss off a lot of us on Sunday, when it turned out that the Sunday schedule is basically non-existent (especially since we were coming from the opposite direction than Monza city), but I've read now they have special connections for the GP.

Macherio, basically a small empty building without any maintenance (and this was in 2012, so online tickets were not a common thing). But when I tried to buy one on Garibaldi and finally paid like 1.5EUR, people were looking at me funny, too.
They have to justify firing based Romain so they're pretending his top tier feedback never happened.

By being much better looking, more intelligent, having a genuinely happy and wholesome private life, legitimately beating him to a title despite having #2 status (with Merc and the FIA), and denying him a chance to prove he's the better driver by retiring.

I'm feeling rather shocked myself, considering there has died a formula 1 driver and you people just brush it off like nothing happened. Is this a thread full of full blown psychopaths?
why do all your pro brexit politicians have to be so incompetent
Joseph Reyes
Rolling looks dramatic, but is not actually dangerous provided you have have a roll hoop. It is the safest for the driver since kinetic energy gets converted to angular energy instead of coming to a sudden stop on a barrier and experiencing high instantaneous G. Also as proven last week. Tarmac is only the safest if the driver has 4 wheels still attached and is braking. Hubert continued sliding nearly back onto the track and was hit by Correa who had no front wing (and therefore no braking ability). You look at Villeneuve's Eau Rouge crashes, the gravel stops him from sliding away from the barrier.

They're not, but the whole process has been hijacked by the retarded extremists who want an uncompromising Brexit that just isn't feasible and was never going to get through Parliament. Had Corbyn been in power, he'd have taken us out with a fairly reasonable deal that most people could live with, and we'd be moving onto complaining about other issues by now. Probably some of the more moderate Tories would have pushed for something sensible too if they were leading the party, but the ERG would have sabotaged it.
>leaving Europe Princess Di didn't an hero for this :((((
Justin Anderson
>Tarmac is only the safest if the driver has 4 wheels still attached and is braking It's not. Any surface of the car sliding has higher friction with tarmac than with gravel. The only way gravel stops a car better than tarmac is if the car digs in an maybe rolls, which is safe you're right. But there's no guarantee that will happen. Also, cars used to skip over gravel all the time. Tarmac is more predictable, meaning you can design a better barrier around it. Problem with Eau Rouge (and many other corners) is that they didn't.
>“If you take motor racing it kills less people than professional cycling. But saying that we cannot be happy because it just is less. One victim is too much.
>“Sometimes people have a short memory,” he said. “If you think about a few months ago when we introduced Halo, people were saying ‘we don’t need that’. And now if we will speak about that they say ‘we want more than the Halo’. So it’s very emotional.
