Job. Not many South Africans watch baseball down here 2bqh. I only know one other person that does. The only reason I used to watch it was because of my grandfather. He used to go to New York on business trips back in the 60's, 70, 80's and used to watch the Yankees whenever he could. He was first and foremost a football (soccer) fan, but fell in love with baseball when he first went to see a game. So growing up I used to watch games with him (he had a friend in New York record the games on VHS and mail it down for us to watch here). He used to love baseball.

thats awesome. and yeah baseball is quite a unique sport. a lot of people either love it or hate it. I grew up about an hour north of new york city and my dad is a huge yankee fan so it was only natural that I grew up to be a yankee fan.
