It varies year by year, 2018 I got influenza for the first time ever (29 years old), i caught oral herpes which makes you pretty sick the first outbreak, and a bad cold last october. Haven't been sick since then. When I was younger I'd get really ill, especially my stomach. I would be so fucked up that I would have a hard time eating/feeling normal for months. Once in high school I was ill for 9 months out of the year. When I was nine years old I got the norovirus and threw up/shit all night, so long ago I can't be sure, but I think I was afraid I was going to die. Now I'm very afraid of getting ill, because at least in the past it's not a couple days of feeling bad, it usually effects a whole year. Though I will say influenza wasn't that bad, and I recovered quickly, but then again it didn't affect my stomach, so I can handle most illness that have no stomach upset. Also a good option.
