They don't train as much as you think they do. Only in Russia skaters are forced to spend 6 hours every day skating non-stop, then 2 hours choreo practicing and a few more hours of cardio or gym work out. In most other countries they don't train more than a couple of hours a day, three days a week.

but they don't, Tursyn's 4S had a forward takeoff basically, so do all of women's 4Lz, and most of them use full edge not pick, and Lz should have 90° PR at max and 1 GOE point isn't a big punishment because quad is worth like twice the triple
