I cannot think or comprehend of anything more cucked than watching the NFL from the side view. Honestly, think about it rationally. Schools and colleges have been handpicking, training and crafting these athletes for at least 18 years solely so they can immediately all run off screen. Who knows what the qb is looking at down the field where everyone just ran off too when the broadcast only shows 10 feet in front of him. All the hard work they put into your receivers, your fullbacks, making them lift weights, making them go to sports practice, making sure they had a healthy diet, educating them for free, giving them every possible competitive advantage, all of it has one simple result: The most exciting moments will not be shown on tv because the side view only shows the line of scrimmage. Raised the perfect corner? Great. Who benefits? The man who watches football from the pic related POV like it is in all football vidya. He gets to watch an actual football match every Sunday. He gets the benefits of their physical talent and lifelong training. As a man who watches NFL on tv from the side view you are LITERALLY dedicating every sunday of your life simply to watch about 10% of the field where most of the important players immediately run off screen. It is the ULTIMATE AND FINAL cuck. Think about it logically.
I cannot think or comprehend of anything more cucked than watching the NFL from the side view. Honestly...

I agree but it's not going to change. I remember they did that for a Pats game a few years ago due to fog. I thought it was amazing but the majority hated it; most likely because people are retarded and cant handle any sort of change.
They tried it for a game in 2017.

All of the boomers complained. That's literally it. Old people who hate change axed the idea after one game.
So much better
it's so fucking stupid that madden doesn't just buy blitz rights and put it inside every madden game. at least they are finally adding 5on5 to fifa this year, literally the only mode I will play if I end up buying it
I think it's dumb, too.
You can't always see deep routes unless the QB throws it that way; you don't necessarily get to see the entire pre-snap coverage; seeing from behind the QB gives more insight into the reads being made; etc. etc.
Side view won't change anytime soon, sadly.
i think it looks better than the sideline cam too but the lens isnt really wide enough to show both corners like you were complaining about tho and when it starts looking down field you cant see people in the flats anymore
WRs/corners come into view within 1-2 seconds as opposed to leaving view after 1-2 seconds with the side cam and looking that far down the field is only necessary once the ball is thrown
Pretty cool

>It is the ULTIMATE AND FINAL cuck
Uhh, doesn't that seem a little heavy-handed? ULTIMATE AND FINAL? What the fuck else are you getting cucked on?
VR will be the future. imagine going VR mode and seeing the viewpoint of the quarterback
nice blog faggot
You're the cuck if you can't see that most of the time a WR has a CB beat before they even go off camera. All this would do is give madden retards a chance to point at all the open receivers and complain because they assume the QB has the same perspective as the camera.
>ITT: retards pretending they watch anything but the line of scrimmage and acting like they know anything about pre snap coverage
Thinking you would play or coach better than the pros is half the fun though.
I am not an avid follower of the NFL but casual fans(people that don't care about tactics, coverage, etc) and just want to watch the game like the aspect of not knowing what will happen.
There is an interception in that video that is almost obviously will be picked after the pass, in the side perspective you won't know that, so i think it kills some mystery of the game, like that 1 second moment that you have no idea where the pass is going.
Marioto looks worse from this angle
Tecmo Super Bowl is still the best, and Madden is shit
Side view forever
t. Mariota
HUT HUT HUT HUT HUT HUT HUT
You guys gotta understand the NFL is selling a product and the most valuable product on the field is the QB
Watch any NFL game and you'll notice they'll zoom in on the QB when the ball is snapped. In college, they zoom out so you get a wide view of the field, so you can see the WR tree.
Theres too much shit going on every single snap, im sure theres lots of sweet routes runned and top coverage happening off the screen but the broadcast Will naturally Just focuse on where the actuion and the ball is at, even if they show a constant all 22 image most people Will Just bee looking for where the ball is at and ignoring the rest
You'd think with the trillions of dollars and infinite channels out there there'd be 2 or even more versions of all games, or at least primetime ones for stuff like this
But then again you'd also think that with trillions of dollars they wouldn't be measuring distance based on an old refs guess of where the ball stopped and some kid running around with chains
all-22 coverage angle is a big money maker for the nfl. not sure how it's priced out though. they need to sell it commercially
I always find this dumb. Unless he is scrambling or getting sacked what exactly are we looking at? A QB going through his progressions without seeing what he sees.
its important to see his eyes even tho we cant see what he is looking at
