The EPL has more parity. Juve, Bayern, Madrid/Barcelona and PSG have much less competition than any EPL team.

Serie A, Bundesliga and Ligue 1 should all be in the same tier

Except for Juventus, Bayern and PSG, no team consistently performs in Europe, FC Sevilla isn't even a top 3 team in Spain and has still been way better than the 2d-best team in each of these leagues

In terms of quality of tactics PL is bad, in terms of entertainment value it's the best because of the relative parity over the past few years, aggressive style of most teams, and physicality of the league
