How about another CL-Title?

Vamos!

We want to play the UEFA supercup in our stadium in 2020 and since it's easier to win the Europa League we let Krasnodar knock us out. 975 IQ move.

No club from Portugal will ever win it again. Porto are about as good as Crystal Palace currently because of neoliberal inequalities in the game.

Porto and Benfica would probably finish 7th in the EPL. Teams like Everton, Wolves, Watford and West Ham are rich but not scary.

We already won the kiddie Champions League, give us a couple of years

Isn't Portos issue that they sell all their talented players to spanish clubs?

Rich means better players. They wouldn't come too half. Not being mean mate, I hate that it's that way. Ultimately people voted for it though

Yeah, in order to survive basically, right? And then reinvest in cheap Brazilians. Good business model

Raul Jimenez was never a starter for Benfica for example. If money was everything russian and turkish would play CL semi finals. I get your point but imo Porto and Benfica would give any non top 6 team a run for their money.

Why don't they keep the players and become a global force? Is it the lack of finances?

russian and turkish teams*

*blocks your path*

You're gonna finish in the top 4, bro. You don't need Europa League trust me

top 4 and victory in the EL

>If money was everything russian and turkish would play CL semi finals
But the countries themselves are poor, players want to play in a nice, wealthy country and clubs that have a reputation. Money isn't everything, but it will always be the biggest factor in football since the early 90s.

Why don't we see more dragons in the teams huh they are badass

Dragons are the heraldry equivalent of wearing graphic tees.

You're obviously right but I will never understand teams like Everton. How can you be so rich and still play such depressing football? It's mind boggling

Is this why the chinese league is growing strong?

they have a foreign player limit per team

With VAR in play now no Russian gangster will EVER have the opportunity to gift them a clear run at the CL again,

If VAR existed in the 90s and 00s Man United wouldn't have 13 PL titles.

You're gonna lose next weekend so....

That has nothing to do with my post. wtf

Ignore him, we live rent free in their little Moor heads

4-1
That's what will be the score.

>another hattrick for Zé Luís
Based. Fabio Silva scores the other goal. Chiquinho scores the moor goal

Sorry, we still have the best Pepe

Everton play decent football now, maybe you're thinking of when allardyce was manager

I miss the days when Eastern European teams could emerge from behind the iron curtain and slap unsuspecting western clubs

if Porto had the kind of money that english clubs have, we would battle for top place every year
if we didnt we'd still end up in european spots
