Hon the Cats!
These are local Irish times, it's utc+1
Been waiting for this thread.
Pity ESPN won't cover it, it's a real pain in the ass dealing with Sky.
Sky are a pain in the hole, overpriced. Are you up all night bud?
It's 0600 where I'm at right now, so just waking up.
Having lamb today as is tradition. Will be finished eating as they're marching around the field.
Did you remember to book your bus seat?
Why do people not give out about Kilkenny when compared to the success of Dublin in the football?
Ireland is so nice, I wish our overindustrialised Tory hellhole was the same.
Because hating Dublin is easy. They play dirty. Their team are IRL cunts. Their fans are IRL cunts. And besides that there's a legitimate argument for splitting Dublin into multiple teams just so they can't leverage a massive player pool advantage.
And it's not like people don't hate on Kilkenny, anyway.
The reasons are probably legion, but my guess is that Kilkenny fans not actually in Kilkenny get the Bayern-Munich treatment for backing Kilkenny.
Every culchie is pure jealous of Dublin because of more civilized. Wait until Dubs start going for hurling finals and they'll be screaming about dividing Dublin into four county teams or some bullshit.
The left leggers in Carlow all support Kilkenny hurling
>Wait until Dubs start going for hurling finals
That'll be a long time coming, seeing as how Laois punked them this year and now every team sees Dublin as a potential punching bag.
Yeah, but do they back Kilkenny because they love Kilkenny hurling, or because they hate someone else more than they hate Kilkenny? Is the motive because it's a Leinster vs Munster thing?
Laois are improving to be fair. Enjoyed watching Wexford this year also.
>"because of more civilized"
Hurrr big city mean bigger brain
They're bandwagoning because Carlow are terrible. Those are all in Leinster. It's understandable if I myself was a Carlow man I'd consider supporting Kilkenny.
>The prods are plastic fans
imagine my shock
Not in Waterford though, they all support Waterford down there which is nice.
Dublin has more people that don't care about gaa though. If you went outside of Dublin bigger percent prefere gaa or it's only gaa. I therefore think the population argument is bollox. Alot of immigrants don't care about gaa either
Here's a map for everyone to see
Ironically, more diaspora would care about GAA if GAA got any coverage here. USGAA is woefully underappreciated and considered too fringe for even ESPN to bother with.
It's true, many Americans would love to support their heritage county, and I for one welcome the dollars and the enthusiasm. Also great sports we have both for players and spectators.
County system isn't working for hurling below a certain level. Would love to see a few combo teams made up to play in league and championship.
Have Carlow, Wicklow, Kildare and Laois play as one team, Offaly, Meath, Westmeath, Longford and Louth as another. Your last teams are then would be Connacht minus Galway, and Ulster. Leaves Kerry up shit creek, but what can you do? Been doing things this way for 130 years and still can't grow hurling outside the heartlands. Talk of spreading hurling around the world when you can't spread it around Ireland is pure fantasy.
Can't even get official merch here. Littlewoods doesn't ship overseas, and USGAA's shop directs you to a contractor that makes uniforms for teams, not fan stuff.
Popping in from /hoc/ on invitation. Redpill me on hurling, mickbros
Buy from O'Neills not littlewoods
It's true the heartlands have dominated the sport in a do-si-do rotation for decades now, but I have hope after Laois's run this year that others like Donegal can step up and start giving the big boys some headaches. A good sharp shock to the paradigm will do wonders for hurling on the outskirts, where I'm sure everyone is fucking sick of every final being between only five teams in a hat.
Because kilkenny dont have the advantages of Dublin.
Dublin has a massive playing population compared to any other county, compound that with the extra games development funding they get from HQ and theyve got a setup for county teams (underage and senior) thats the closest to professional than any team in the country.
Don't get me wrong, Dublin management and the players are great - but its the conveyor belt of talent coming downstream in the next few years. They'll have an endless supply of talent to blood into the first team year on year and will never really weaken. It's the start of a football monopoly which will, really hurt interest in the game long term
Tl;dr fuck west Brits
Magnificent. Beats spending money on redbubble.
What goes on in Roscommon?
I did, I remember wanting Tipperary to win in 2010
Roscommon is the north Wales of ireland
By which i mean they shag sheep
I only ever hear about Roscommon whenever someone has been assaulted or killed there.
Because when Kilkenny were going for a five in a row they weren't playing every game in Nowlan Park, their stadium wasn't paid for by every other county, the final wasn't reffed by a guy living in Kilkenny, the GAA weren't funding them to an obscenely greater extent than other counties despite them being the richest county already and Kilkenny doesn't have five times the population of Connacht.
>bans hurling for centuries
>becomes a hurling meat factory
Well played, Dublin.
That took many anons many weeks of work, user.
Why do people act as if home advantage matters in the GAA anyway? The main reason it matters in other sports is because the fans abuse the referee which makes him subconsciously biased towards the home team when making decisions. GAA fans are more passive and the ratio of supporters in the ground is usually balanced so the atmosphere isn't as hostile
Thanks for the information
Farming and shit roads
>GAA fans are more passive
Unless they are from.... you know where...
Kilkenny is a protestant county. They own the Irish media and bend it to their whims. Brian Cody is a 12th level Freemason.
Dublin has five times the population of Connacht. FIVE TIMES. "Some people don't care" doesn't level that big of a difference. People talk about splitting Dublin in two. Waste of time. Should be split into four. Dublin city, and the three council regions, Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown, Fingal and South Dublin.
Another reason people hate the Dubs do much is because they don't care. At least you know Kilkenny people are crazy about their hurling. Kerry people are crazy for football. The success of a county should be a reflection of its people's passion did that game. Dubs just have things teed up for them because the GAA want to milk their fickle fanbase.
I'm glad I'm a hurling man, because football is the greatest load of shite.
See that video of young Brian Cody showing how to catch the ball? Was on last night.
Don't know if it's just me, but he sounded pretty... posh...
Match programme for today looks quite cool.
Dublin? Well it does explain their success. Fans of other teams need to step up their game if they want success too
>Fans of other teams need to step up their game if they want success too
Please no, don't want that cancer to spread.
The one thing that really fucking gets me though, is everytime there is a free and the Hill starts booing and screeching.
Wouldn't mind if it was a controversial decision, but they do it for every fucking free and even every 45!
Has the increase in boss size, over the past 20 years in particular, had a positive or negative effect on the game?
Have your say!
strawpoll.me
No idea, tbqh.
Even when they were winning they always looked beatable. Kilkenny have rarely had the best squad. Tipp arguable have ha the best squad of hurlers pretty much every year. Dublin on the other hand look untouchable.
I think Dun Laoghaire and Fingal could do okay from a split. Fingal have a decent number of competitive clubs and Dun Laoghaire could effectively just play a Cuala squad and do alright in the Hurling.
Kilkenny choked their 5 in a row attempt though LOL
Based Una was on Irish tele last night but RTE wouldn't let me watch online, is this what it feels like to be persecuted?
for me it's nenagh
would definitely comfort her after her split with her husband if you know what I mean

very nice souvenir
That vote was a sham. Those spearheading the no vote were neocon gatekeepers, whose real job is to make sure no effective opposition to occult cultural Marxism emerges in Ireland.
Who /galway/ here?
If you're wanting to divide Dublin up because of population it is only logical that every county be divided up until all counties are the same population as Leitrim. It's a frankly ridiculous idea.
Also, why aren't Dublin cruising a double every year?
The reason Dubs are winning so much in the football is because they're legitimately the best football team ever in the history, and anyone older than 25 should remember that they weren't always even good.
Anyway, hurling today and I'm up for Tipp.
Please do us a favour and leave the country you looney
Fuck off Commie
Kilkenny Minor team is fucking shit.
Should have been Limerick retaining their championship so I'm supporting Tipp today
>occult cultural marxism
What’s that when it’s at home? Using a ouija board to determine whether ghosts are woke?
You’re well off the deep end.
Any streams going?
True. Plus, dividing one team would just leave an asterisk over previous results involving Dublin. I feel like if you wanted to change one team, you would have to change them all. Perhaps something like professionalisation could be done. Dublin are the closest to a professional team which is why they're better than everyone else. Professionalisation would take the game to the next level and would see a return in competition
Starting in about one bongs from now lads getting hyped.
Limerick put too much reliance on like four guys, and when they got shut down they were a right mess for the whole first half. Put up a good fight that second half but they really didn't deserve to retain.
That's a slippery slope, though, look what professionalizing has done to soccer, basketba, US football, etc, where single players are getting sold for the GDPs of minor nations and still whine for more. When money talks more than love of the game, the game gets poisoned.
Anyone willing to answer some hurling questions I can't seem to find online?
This. I wish to watch your sport.
Ask away pal, surely we've some experts amongst us.
OH NO OH NO OH NO THEY DID IT AGAIN! ANOTHER CHOKE!
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
There wouldn't be enough money in circulation in the GAA for fees and wages to get ridiculous. RTÉ or Sky aren't going to offer ridiculous TV money for the GAA
Okay, I'll shoot.
1 - That metal band on the boss, I never see it on hurleys for sale. Why not?
2 - There are 15 players per hurling team, each position is numbered, but the jersey numbers don't reflect that. Why not?
Sponsorships for pro teams would change that dynamic. When some corporation is fronting major cash for a team, it turns the whole show into a 'who's got deeper pockets?' program. See: Bundesliga football.
That's already happening desu. Look at AIG and Dublin
Dublin are always on the minds of the inferior counties.
And with the amount of shittalking about Dublin in this thread, I'd say it's not gone unnoticed. GAA is going to have to resist the siren song of dosh and keep its boot on club necks to prevent that from turning epidemic. The last thing Gaelic Games needs to become is like the NCAA.
3 - There's a Munster final and a Leinster final. Why don't Connacht and Ulster have finals? Not enough clubs to warrant one? And what happens if a team from Connacht or Ulster wins enough to warrant being in the quarters?
Hurling is only popular in Munster and South Leinster (Galway too, but they play in the Leinster championship). There are Connacht and Ulster finals for the Football
I'm not even complaining about AIG and Dublin though, I'm advocating for sponsorship for other teams too
>The last thing Gaelic Games needs to become is like the NCAA
Speaking of the NCAA, they make a shit tonne of money every year but don't pay their players. Don't you think this is unfair? The GAA is the same. I know they get other benefits like increased social status and networking opportunities but if I was playing, personally I'd rather money
In the hurling the counties from Connacht, Leinster, and Ulster all play in the Leinster championship. There's not really a Connacht or Ulster championship but if there were today Galway and Antim would walk them respectively.
The metal band I'm not sure if they're sold already on anywhere, hadn't thought of it desu, somebody else might know.
The numbers aren't really positional so the players just wear whatever number they like, as in basketball and ice hockey.
Imagine supporting Kilkenny when based Una is from Tipp
Essentially because all but one, Galway, of the hurling counties with a chance of winning are from those two provinces. Galway play in the Leinster championship.
GAAGO is the official international stream but that'll set you back about $30.
Apparently this stream will be up closer to time:
>smashcast.tv
you're right that ireland's right is fucking useless but using buzzwords like cultural marxism just turns ordinary people off.
>Speaking of the NCAA, they make a shit tonne of money every year but don't pay their players. Don't you think this is unfair? The GAA is the same. I know they get other benefits like increased social status and networking opportunities but if I was playing, personally I'd rather money
Which is kind of the crux of my disgust with the NCAA, they're shameless moneywhores. I'm sure if you asked them they'd give you an answer like "well, we have to provide the uniforms, maintain the stadiums and fields, afford the programs, and we have to do it for every college team not in intramurals, blah blah" but when you look at their income intake and compare to yearly expenditures the numbers don't match at all. I think it's better the players not get paid, because at that level they should be playing for love of the game, not getting rich quick, but I do think the NCAA's massive income needs to be addressed, especially since they always seem to figure out how to jack up ticket prices every season and justify it with dissimulation.
>I'm advocating for sponsorship for other teams too
my personal favourite is Supermacs on the Galway shirt
See, this confuses me. Hurling was a barred sport for like 400 years under the English of the Pale, one would think its survival would have been due to the efforts of the counties outside and away from the Pale, not practically on its border. Why, then, is the north and west so devoid of it? Was it the diaspora that took hurling away from those areas?
for reference. It's larger than most people think yet smaller on the map than it would seem.
You're some cock sucking faggot, If I ever met you I'll fucking break your fucking nose.
Why are you getting angry?
You and your endless fucking Pale posts, how only this tiny bit of land was English and the rest was Irish, you fucking faggot, the Normans invaded with Welsh, and they came from the South. King John resided in Waterford, as did the Yorkists.
Hurling wasn't barred, it was supported by English landlords who kept teams who would play other estates.
Never forget the "civilised" Dubs who threw stones at the leaders of 1916 as they were paraded through the streets.
Settle down bud, that post was for our American friend so he can see the actual size of The Pale for geographical purposes. I know the history well enough and I'm certainly not interested in fighting you over one post of The Pale.
The match is about to start, I hope you can enjoy it if you're not too riled up over nothing go splash your face with the cold water or something :^)
The invaders didn't speak a lick of English you fucking degenerate atheist trash.
I am not an atheist
It's been nice to see kilkenny cucked out of the liam mccarthy for the last few years for a change, hopefully they can lose again today. hon tipp my munster brothers.
keep the religion and politics out of it bud
I'm atheist. Fuck the Pope lol
Fuck Tipp and fuck Una Healy (with my penis)
No one disputes that, but every child knows they established their powerbase in the Pale and the surrounding lands and considered the rest of the island uncivilized barbarism fit only for butchery and contempt. The flash-in-the-pan moments of common cause with the Yorkists the outlying lands had because Catholicism were exactly that.
Statutes of Kilkenny, among other documents, suggests a massive putdown of Gaelic games in English-ruled Ireland, but even if the sports lived on through English gladiatorial betting pools, that doesn't answer the question as to why the regions further from the Pale, where English rules were harder to enforce, have markedly less showing in games the English, by law, condemned as savage and violent. That map should be, logically, in the reverse, but it isn't. I'm intrigued.
The IRA is grand though
You can read the non-hurling areas as very strong football areas. There's probably lots of reasons why particular places favour football over hurling and vice versa, and it is interesting sure. I'm in Dublin myself and our local club plays both, and we do well at both, and we've had more hurlers make county than footballers for certain.
First blood to Kilkenny!
fucking rain. it wouldn't be Ireland without the rain.
Fuck rain
lively beginnings, the rain is patchy it'll come and go lots of black clouds around Dublin today
I live in central Texas, we would choke a bitch for that rain in these months. Imagine hurling at 40 C.
Now it's sunny. Only in fucking Ireland.
I might literally die at 40°c mate
>le Irish weather where is sunny one minute and rainy the next ! :)
I don't come to Yea Forums for this level of dialogue
Nah, you'd live. You just might not want to.
Kilkenny holding onto that lead like a leash.
fuck off out of here then autist
Nigger
GOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL
Go on Tipp!
>That map should be, logically, in the reverse, but it isn't. I'm intrigued
No it shouldn't. First of all the game had a historic geographic profile to begin with, it wasn't popular everywhere. And secondly the landlord system promoted the game. Even within hurling counties, areas that had big estates are typically the most concentrated hurling pockets. Some vague allusion to it being a barbaric game may have had some impact on it's distribution, but it's only one of many factors.
No you fuck off, weather talk is bottom of the barrel lmao
No it isn't. Weather talk is very much pertinent to sports. Stop being so triggered over nothing man
Some goal
Professionalism would kill things completely. Dublin are miles richer than anyone else. It would be the same except Dublin would buy Aidan O'Shea, Conor McMannus and David Clifford, Bayern Munich style.
Kilkenny playing the thug as usual
People who bang on about how Irish weather changing every minute are in the same tier of gimps who go on about wooden spoons, immersion heating, Tayto crisps, Father Ted, etc. It's cringe simple as
Red card wtf, it's ogre
>hogan
Kilkenny are fucked
Tipp win YES
Thoughts on that red card?
Lump money on them, this is when their odds are best
Same was said of Tipp in the semi when they got a red in the first half
west brit
Based Tipp
Barely touched him
He's going to have to red card a Tipp player now, and it'll be harsh.
I'd give her the tip
I hate the way every country/city/state/province on earth thinks their weather is especially changeable.
I hope you're not implying that shit is all that differentiates us from the Britain
Probably because those men got hundreds of people killed in Dublin.
Even people who fought in the war of independence thought the men of 1916 deserved execution.
It was a clear red and would have been painful as fuck to be hit by. Elbow of a full grown man going at full tilt forcibly swiveling your head can't be pleasant.
People whose irishness extends purely to those symbolic gestures are as bad, if not worse than west brits who don't even bother with the symbols and just embrace being American/British.
Cathal Barrett foul on Hogan, he was going for the ball and the end of his Hurley tipped his helmet
Richie Hogan foul on Barrett, came charging in and raised his elbow when Barrett pulled back
Definitely a red.
The GAA started pumping money into Dublin around 2000 because they were worried Dublin weren't good enough, and they wouldn't be able to make money off their fans. 10 years later they have a generation of players developed, but they still have not just the highest funding, but the highest funding per capita. Hurling has been getting a similar program since around 2006, but it's not as easy because hurling actually has genuine skill to it. They still managed to beat Galway this season.
As explained above, there's an asterisk beside Dublin's current results.
west brit
Somehow it doesn't make sense for actual west brits to be watching the hurling All-Ireland
I didnt say that, but there's no need to be ashamed of that "shit" either. It's part of our culture.
>Even people who fought in the war of independence thought the men of 1916 deserved execution.
Which side were they on?
sassenach's trollop
Whats the most important thing to come from Ireland other than pic related?
The men in the war of independence were west Brits lol...
They just understood what an honourable rebellion looked like.

>british rule in ireland
>ever honourable
They were on our side, but the general thoughts from the interviews I read was that the men of 1916 disgraced the country and republicanism by conducting the rebellion around people's places of work during a massive war.
This has been completely buried of course because of its awkwardness. What do you do with men who fought in our war of independence but thought the 1916 rising was a retarded dishonourable sham?

Hogan will get dog's abuse after this. Or should I say cat's abuse lelel
>there's no need to be ashamed of that "shit" either. It's part of our culture.
Yes there is, it's cringe. You're allowed to be ashamed of aspects of your culture as much as you're allowed to be proud of them. Anyone who claims to be proud of literally everything to do with their country is lying since no country is perfect
TJ Reid is so fucking overrated. Being a good freetaker in general is so overrated. The man winning the free is much more important than the man taking it. Which is why Callanan is the best player in the country by miles.
Wish other countries played Hurling so we could dab on them
And he's sitting in the stand with a bloody nose!
Sometimes I like to wear a waistcoat, brogues, and a paddy cap. I feel more Irish like that.
Let me get this right.
0-13 means 0 goals and 13 points.
so Tipperary wins because it has more goals than Kilk?
>The man winning the free is much more important than the man taking it.
Literally anyone can draw a foul, all you have to do is be marked by an aggressive cunt. Converting them still takes some training
Do you take pictures for your Instagram captioned "Slick man"?
No cure for retardation unfortunately.
>Kekenny

Meant for of course
1 point for "field goal"
3 points for "sawker goal"
so tipp are on 26 and kilkenny 17.

Goals are worth 3 points, so 3-20 is 29 points
every ball theyre sending in to the tipp half is being cut out
why 17? Kilk has 19 points

Start putting money into this club, found a rival and in 10 years, if we are somewhat good, we are going to bandwagon hurling 100%
wear this instead, pure gaelic like
Nice doggos
My problem with that shit is how manufactured it is. It doesn't bring me shame, it's only a national embarassment that it's what passes for national pride when it's all designed to trivialise Irishness into a "safe" identity which is just another consumer product. Irish-Americans were never as "plastic" as what passes for Irishness amongst the "so Irish XD" types.
Half of it is deliberately trivial, the other half is (literally) west british products who've made their advertising synonymous with patriotism. And all of it is meaningless pseudo-sentimental dreck rather than anything really significant. "Theme park ride" version of the already watered down concept of patriotism, rather than the n-word of nationalism, which deals with the reality of the situation of the nation and could actually make people think and feel.
Man down kills a game. Ridiculous.
It's over
Cody is looking miserable
Winning a free involves winning the ball in the first place which is inordinately harder than tapping the ball over from anywhere inside the 45. TJ Reid's free-taking ability is probably worth 1 or 2 points at most relative to another strong free taker on the team taking them, and that's being generous. When statistics autists really start examining hurling I guarantee they're goign to come back and say Callanan was by far the best player of the era, but because he does it with physicality and ball-winning and isn't the best hurler skills-wise on the team and doesn't take the frees he has never won hurler of the year despite carrying this tipp team every fucking year for a decade.
because when i started writing that they were on 17
OH NO NO NO AAAHHH

tipp kilkenny final is so boring
we need offaly back lads, if only the county board wasnt so inept
It's been that way since the red, sadly, ruined the contest. Still, it's been enjoyable, some good skill on show. Tipp deserve it, they're really good, just a shame the way it went but that's ok.

Said in the wexford match thread we'd batter them and we did. Can't wait to see every single analyst on RTE who hates tipp grit their teeth and try to explain away this performance.
Which of the analysts hate Tipp?
none of em
Nobody hates Tipp except Clare but that's very low key
Tomás Mulcahy and Ger Loughnane. There was a game a while back when Loughnane said Tipp were old and over the hill in defense and said they had 4 defenders over 30 when we had no defenders over 30.
Then why hasn't Séamus Callanan won a hurler of the year when he's clearly the best player in the country?
America plays hurling, it just never gets shown. Texas in specific has four clubs in a division of 13 spread across five states.
The hurling area of Galway hates them too, but most Galwegians reserve all of their hate for Mayo
>most Galwegians reserve all of their hate for Mayo
nope. Kilkenny.
Only irrelevant parts of Galway give a shit about football. Or Mayo.
québec has some gaa clubs strangely, seems to be a microcosm of irish immigrants from way way back
how seething kilkenny looked with those cheers kek
Laois are the cutest hurling county.
ton of québécois are irish apparently
I’ve seen many comparisons between Ireland and Quebec this week, both being once proud Catholic strongholds and both were ground through the gears of Anglo-Masonic “quiet revolutions”.
Yeah they were fucking SEETHING

worst county in ireland full of knackers with no redeeming qualities
useless cunts only have 1 all ireland 100 years ago
Props to Tipp for the win, but don't think we won't be seeing Kilkenny making a mess of the predictions again next year. The Cats will adapt.
>Loughnane
>A bitter Goblin from Clare
Ignore
Coady may go now.
Funny how Coady hasn't been able to win an All-Ireland since Shefflin, Tyrell and Larkin retired...
Yeah usually teams with the best players do well
Shefflin was a true hero.

>b-but muh tap-over maestro tj reid, greatest hurler on earth!!
>imagelet
It was really just me and Lux.
Better for casuals like me who couldn't hit a sliotar for shite as a child.
Big boss?
There's this book about how ice hockey was invented by Irish hurlers. Apparently Toronto had a lot of Irish, there's also Newfoundland, and Quebec was were a lot of Catholics went to after the American war of independence.
>shouldve been a kino munster tipp v limerick final lads

Is there a master list of all the girls not cut into county borders?
>Kilkenny fans absolutely seething on twitter about the red card
I mean ffs it's like said. Hogan was off the ball and with the elbow blatantly sticking out. Barrett was on the ball and Hogan ducked into his hurl. Barrett should've gotten a yellow but it still doesn't excuse Hogan. They'd be whining either way.
Fuck them anyway. They deserve to get fucked after the disgrace that was the 2009 final.
Scattered throughout the archives of /éire/ threads two years ago.
It was still 14 points they lost by anyway. They could make the excuse if it was 3 or 4 points but come in like to lose by 14 points is abysmal. Tipp were able to come back from being down and beat Wexford when they went a man down.
Are these anime girls actual characters from shows or just generic ones made for this image?
Still though...Sheedy pulled Tipperary out of the gutter in 08 and did it again after a shite year in 18. He wasn't gifted a great team, he made it.
Actual characters.

I think it'll be a long time until Kilkenny get into another final to be honest. They lost to Galway, Wexford and got hammered by Tipp in the one season. Next year I think Limerick, Tipp, Clare and Wexford will be the big players. If Clare can perform season wide like they did in their last game against Cork, they can go far.
I think that second is half is one of the best I've ever seen. this kind of puts Kilkenny's future in question, does it not?
I think the next up for Clare is a Munster title and from there we can see a type of dominance like they had in the 90s. like they haven't won Munster in 21 years and only lost by 2 points in 2018 after 20 years, the pain is there. Even Peter Duggan has said it, the players want it and think they'll get it.
can I get some names?
Post Mayo girl pls
Who /Laois2020/ here?
I hope it wasn't a lucky year and that they don't get hammered by everyone like Carlow did. It would be funny if Dublin or Galway for relegated.
