Arts would be the things you get rated on by judges.
Gymnastics, Diving, Surfing, Fighting sports and also shooting sports.
Games are all ball or puck related competitions etc.
Sports are about doing things the fastest (any kind of race) or throwing things the furthest, highest or lifting the most. True straightforward competitions.
To me only the last are true sports.
