Even if he does terrible it's still a steal given how much EPL teams are paying for players nowadays.

no doubt Luiz had been set at a high standard due his 11/12 season but outside of that he's been a fairly decent CB overall. Compared to the likes of what Arsenal are used to, he's a refreshment.
