Austria has the best quality lifts cuz most of em get made there. If you got money to spare, I recommend either Warth or Lech (the two places are connected nowadays).

Switzerland is pretty hiqh quality too. Don't know a specific area off of the top of my head though cuz I haven't been there much.

In France I was most impressed bu the "Les Trois Vallees" region (Val Thorens etc). Really great skiing there and it's a large interconnected area.

In 4 years /biathlon/, this was one of the most heartbreaking moments :(
