He, apparently, has Lewis living in his head rent-free and decided to start a squabble out of nowhere. So Lewis, when asked about it, just said he hadn't seen it and doesn't watch Nico's videos.

As for the fact that Horner is saying they'll give Max a good car - he's only talking about Max specifically because he was asked a question about Max and Max's future.
