Iv never been able to decide between Santos and Sao Paolo. Kaka was at Sao Paolo as was Luis Fabiano, Dagoberto, Ceni, bastos, Jadson, ect all players I liked growing up. But Santos had that trio at the same time of Ganso, Neymar and Robinho back in 2011 and also other cool players like Diego Ribas and elano... And the GOAT Pele played at Santos, so I'm prob gonna go with Santos.

I don't know much about the Brazilian league as I'm an Aussie, but I never liked Palmerise much, I remember back in like 2012 or something they where playing in series b with Scolari running the shitfest like a bunch of clowns lol. You need to fill at least 2/3 of what i listed that makes a club a giant, it's not just about titles.
How many supporters does Cruzeiro have compared to others? You can't be a giant if you're basically only known in your state and a few states around it.
In other examples, look at São Paulo and Santos, they have the titles, they have the supporters, but in recent years they have been mid-table teams at most, that makes them lost a bit of prestige and got demoted from Giant status.
