Its r/soccer not r/pakipaddle

It doesnt matter

Dear Spurs fans
I actually don't know which was more miraculous - Liverpool scoring 4 goals against Barcelona at Anfield (and keeping a clean sheet) or Spurs scoring 3 in the second half at Ajax. I do know that like Liverpool, your boys worked incredibly hard, and its a tribute to your team that heads did not drop when you were 2-0 down - you did not give up. Lesser teams (Man United) wouldn't have done it.
The match on Saturday will be fascinating - both teams rested and the best players on both teams returning from injury to play in the final in Madrid. I'm truly glad that Harry Kane, Mo Salah and Roberto Firmino are back fit for this final because it means even more danger and even more action in both penalty boxes.
If this were the Premier League, I would go Liverpool all the way because there was a literal gulf between Liverpool and Man City and the rest of the league - you know it and I know it, the Premier League table does not lie.
But this is the final of the Champions League and all bets are off. Like Liverpool, Spurs wanted the win more than their opponents and worked their socks off to get to this match. I was incredibly pleased with the work ethic of the Spurs team - they believed they could do it.

Come on you spurs!!! Put on the pressure!!!

The reaction of Ajax fans in /r/AjaxAmsterdam was incredibly human and funny (one guy smashed his 50" TV in frustration and posted the result) but it was disbelief at how inevitable victory was snatched away as Ajax switched off in the second half.
I know that in the EPL switching off in the 89th minute can be fatal so I don't expect either team to relax until the referee has blown for full time. EPL teams know better than that.
I think it will be close with perhaps only one goal between the teams, but it will be exciting as all hell and I hope we can all enjoy the occasion
My heart says Liverpool. My head says don't discount the ability of Tottanham Hotspur to defy all of the odds and pinch it.
Most of all, I hope fans from both teams behave themselves whatever happens and everybody gets home safely with a story to tell.
Peace. Have a great time in Madrid you lucky sods.

ARRRRRRSENAL ARRRRRRRSENAL!!!

EDIT: Thanks for the gold, kind stranger!

Seriously, as an Arsenal supporter, I can say that I don't understand any of the hate for Klopp

He's so wholesome and lovable. Compare that to somebody like Mourinho (HURR DURR LOOK AT ME EVERYONE I'M SPECIAL EVERYBODY ELSE IS A LOSER) who injected so much toxicity into the game, even if he was doing well. It's a really good advertisement for modern football as a whole, as if finally we are moving away from stupid tribalist mentality and it's becoming more about the beautiful game itself, which is much more welcoming. Don't get me wrong, I'll still get fired up during games (Typical Chelsea, always cheating!) haha, but that's in good spirit. Hmmmmm it's almost as if there's a balance between healthy competition and bullying/needless toxic masculine bullshit, hey?

Just my two cents.

I think what makes these posts so unbearably cringey is that these subs are infested with American plastics and not actual local players.

>it's "football" not "soccer"

>effort posts about a foreign team i have no connection to
thats what they do id presume

Well, it's an American website. But what makes it worse in my opinion is that they actively defend bandwagoning like it's the same thing as supporting a franchise in the US.
They just won't admit that they're all plastic fans and think it's normal.

can someone please fuck my wife and wife's daughter? , preferably an Afro-American person.

edit. thanks for the gold king stranger

Hillsborough was a tragedy

Without refugees french soccer wouldn't be anywhere

Forgot to add

>Refugees won the world cup
>MAGAturds triggered!
>More representation in sports
>Pay women the same money for the same work

they're right tho, imagine the state of france without n'gubus

I swear to god (she doesn't exists btw) that if any player verbally abuses Stephanie Frappart, I'll stop supporting both Chelsea and Liverpool and switch back to City and United.

Why do people think this place is massively different from reddit? It isn't
the only difference is that you don't get banned for racism here

You mean low crime, low rape, peaceful, educated and civilized?

France wanteed to integrate the whole of africa into the republic sine 1830 (190 years) and thats crazy and it is still going on.
