REMINDER >Stroll is amazing in low grip conditions. Think first laps on cool tyres, pit out laps, safety car restarts, and changing conditions. The issue is that Stroll is unironically fucking terrible racing in optimal conditions compared to the rest of the grid. He has great starts, but makes up places he should have qualified ahead of. He fucks himself on Saturday. desu Stroll should probably go and try to beat Loeb's rally records, I think the fucker would be amazing on loose surfaces.

50% driver skill and 50% luck
You need to have the skill to know when to hit the brakes and release the clutch and a bit of luck that you don't hit a patch of water
For example: Hamiltons 360 and Bottas 360. It was all driver skill here because Hamilton knew exactly when to hit the brake and release the clutch. Bottas held the brakes too long and kept spinning thus hitting the wall. There was no luck involved in this scenario.
Just saw an interview with Russell on Ziggo's site. He was absolutely buttdevastated over getting legit beaten by Basedbica. He looked like he'd been crying a bit and came across as really bitter, blaming the team for everything. Great stuff.
Joshua Adams
must be the sponsor, like french GP got a similar stupid trophy
It rained, it was slippy, and therefore lots of people span and/or crashed (Verstappen span, Hamilton lost his front wing, Leclerc crashed into the wall, Bottas crashed late on, Hulkenberg crashed while he was possibly in podium spots, or he was in 4th, something like that).
Hamilton's race was especially bad. After losing his front wing after spinning, he went in the pits immediately, but he went the wrong way around the bollard at the beginning of the pits, so he got a 5 second penalty. Also the pit stop took fucking ages because the team weren't prepared for him. I think he ended up finishing the race dead last (apart from those who had retired).
Bottas would have finished 2nd I think but he span off and crashed quite late in the race.

What a completely senseless drivel of a "reasoning".
>He was going unecessarily slow realative to everyone else. >But he had just fucked up and ruined his race. >And then his team fucked up the pitstop. (Man, are we feeling bad for him.) >So because he was so far behind, he didn't have to catch the safety car like everyone directly around him, for some reason. >In fact he even had the obligation to drive a delta (what delta and to whom exactly, who cares?) >So he wasn't actually slow, he just appeared to be slow.
Could it be any more obvious what's happening here? Just wait for them to disqualify the Alfas and gift Hamilton more free points, despite all of his fuckups.
Jack Gray
>I think he ended up finishing the race dead last (apart from those who had retired). of course he was ahead of the willys
They had similar pace most of the race. Russell made a mistake, Kubica didn't. He was beaten on merit.

The only credible alternatives to Kvyat at this point in time are both in Mercedes' stable. Bottas and Ocon. Verstappen would veto Ocon though, so really Bottas is the only one they could spring for unless Vettel announces a shock move back to Red Bull.

there were tutorials on Yea Forums... in (much too)short
- you download ffmpeg - you execute a proper command in cmd, in ffmpeg folder, which will create webm out of a video
if using CLI is too scary haxzor for you, then find some kind of GUI software (which probably uses ffpeg in the background) and hope it does the job ok.

Me too. I actually did run after the race. Felt good as fuck.

Yeah I mean it's a moonshot at best for anyone other than Kvyat to replace Gasly at this point. After him it's the scant likelihoods for Bottas, Vettel, or Hulkenberg, but really all three of them are staying where they are for another year at least.
5 sec is pretty much nothing for literally cheating intentionally. He shouldn't have been able to pit from where he was. An extra lap with the state of his car would have costed him way more than 5 seconds. Those penalties are fucking stupid if literally cheating intentionally cost you less than following the rules.
Eli Rogers
The past 3 have been great
Charles Walker
Handbrake can do it I think. There's presets for VP8 (the codec that Yea Forums supports). VP9 is the newer WebM codec, but Yea Forums doesn't support it.
Like I said, RB have never recruited anyone from outside their driver programme right? So I would assume that Kvyat and Albon are the only replacements they would consider.
I think what they've seen from Gasly would make them very nervous to promote Albon this early. Really Kvyat is the only one that fits the bill. He's the perfect balance of fast, consistent, and disposable.
Daniel Torres
All memes aside, LEC was one of the most exposed drivers today. Every two weeks it's always the same, excuses and self-pity but no results.
He'll end up like RIC, a couple of wins with a few more podiums but he's gonna get cucked by MAX for the WDC
Ian Wilson
Yeah Kvyat would be most likely. Whether they'll do it immediately I don't know. But they might if Gasly keeps being so shit.

Yeah that's why he is the youngest Ferrari driver in 50 years. You're the only cocksucker here mate, probably a netflix baby too.
Webber and Coulthard, okay yeah you're right, but that was in the early days. Understandable that they decided to play it safe in those early days by getting some experienced F1 drivers.
>Bourdais >Doornbos Hadn't heard of those guys because I didn't follow F1 so much in those days but it looks like they were in the pretty early days too.
So basically RB haven't hired an outside driver for 10 years. I guess it *could* happen these days - anything can happen - but it's unlikely, surely.

this Guys, we need a webm. Just downgrade to 480p and cut it into parts if needed or upload to /wsg/, they have higher file size limits. Preferably also include onboard from the crash and going into the pits

But I do wonder: Why does he not have the least bit of humility? After that performance today, he should finally stop badmouthing other drivers and accept that he's one of the worst of the whole grid and has so far underperformed in every single car he's had.
Yeah but it's clear that no vomiting happened and he's fine. Also he already sounded very "sick" during quali, so I doubt he could do even that if he was really that sick, especially not outqualifying your teammate by more than 3 tenths.
