debruyne trying to meme himself into captain position still? cringe

Fernandihno is on his way, will likely not play as much with Rodri and it's Silva's last year. It's not a bad option as I don't think any other player besides those two would be better than De Bruyne

Wolves parking the bus seriously.

>saying angelinho instead of angelino
triggered 2bh

>Wolves got a chinese

didn't know that

It's more like "Angelinio" than "Angelinho".

He's pronouncing it properly since his last name is Angeliño

>Parking the bus in a friendly
How embarrassing

>Wolves can challenge Manchester Etihad they said

>keeping it 0-0 and winning the prestigious Premier League Asia Trophy on penalties

based wolves will have the last laugh

>accents
ñoñce

cant blame them really
preseason memes like this are for getting fitness back and getting back into a rhythm
back threes need a fair bit of fluency so might as well get practice defending deep now instead of in a competitive game

They've got their first Europa league game in less than a week. Why not take it seriously and play to win?

probably preserving their energy for that

should win the tie comfortably though considering it's a semi-pro team

>Deluding yourself into thinking they're parking the bus because they don't care
Nunes is pacing around nervous wanting to win

Should try and build some attacking chemistry, they'll need it for the league

They've got to fly back to Europe and re-adjust to the time zone again by Thursday this meme cup is shit

get used to it 'big 6' games will be played abroad within 20 years

wolves rely on individual pieces of skill from the forwards and often counter quickly
defending deep is good for both of these
swansea wont hire you again with comprehension skills like that bob

That's what he does most games, watch the wolves then comment lmao

bravo has solved penalties

>>Deluding yourself into thinking they're parking the bus because they don't care
That's actually the opposite of what I meant. I realized after I posted that I worded it poorly. Their best chance to win is parking the bus, that was clear from the first minutes so it only makes sense they should do that. A win against ManU would be good for morale even if it's a friendly "meme cup". Beyond that it's good practice and you should always practice as you want to do when it counts.

>Challenging BRAVO on penalties

OH NO NO NO NO

>Gundogan
What the fuck you Turk

city are so shit at taking penalties

>these pens

it's too far for them to score goals

who is Nunes

do you mean Neves? Or Nuno? Did you start watching football this week?

>celebrating scoring a penalty in a pre-season meme cup

manchester seethty

my stream is behind no spoilerino

i miss the city i grew up watching, sun jihai, swp, benjani, petrov etc., fuck this tiki taka shit

There was a point in that shootout where Ryan Bennett was the only player who scored.

I still don't understand how someone so average is still a starter for a team with top 6 ambitions.

lmao pep shook

implying city have fans
playing in asia is so fucking shit

APOLOGIZE, YOU PIECES OF SHIT!

TODAY THIS MEME CUP, TOMMOROW THE PREMIER LEAGUE, THE DAY AFTER THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE! ALL GLORY TO WOLVES

>taking a pre-season joke cup this seriously

hahahahaha fucking based

Bennett is unironically good. He's not world class, and has to track back and do cheeky fouls sometimes when he gets skinned but he's better than most defenders outside the top 6.

He's a solid old school stopper if it was 20 years ago he's be one of the best defenders in the league and he's got Coady and Boly along side him who can play on the ground

>Bennett is unironically good
Must have improved shitloads at Wolves then because I only remember him being crap at Norwich.

Thank you Joao, when will you be deliver Ruben Dias to Wolves? Thank you for supplying >us with your players.

discord.gg/KspvMbc

I remember there being disappointment with the signing too. There were very few expectations he'd do this well, let alone start. I chalk it up to Nuno's coaching which made Coady and Doherty better too.

Playing in a back three plus wing backs helps him a lot.

wtf, im a wolves fan now
