bryant hits a 2 out home run to left field! cubbies on the board 1-0!
Brandon Fisher
Hot take Mai Tai Guy did nothing wrong.
Chase Morris
>Resd and Boystown rings combined: 8 >Cardinals rings: 11 Nobody from this shitshow of a division is making it last the NLDS this season so I don’t see that changing anytime soon.
Grayson Jenkins
He didn't. The guy gives foul balls to everyone, the kids didn't even have the ball in their glove yet. People just want to be outraged over anything, and cubs fans fall to this shit all the time
John Nguyen
Everyone outraged are 'fans' of other teams trying to villianize the bleacher bums. Disgraceful.
Dylan Williams
i remember when Reds bro bantered all you faggots off the website/ I member
Austin Thomas
You mean when pickcincy got banned for posting child porn and reds bro got bantered off the website because he cried like a little bitch when cards fans made fun of the reds for starting 3-17 or some shit like that? I remember that too
>Thinking anyone is retarded enough to assume that's an OK sign Stay butthurt you're buddy got caught and banned. I want to see you go to Wrigley and flash your white supremacist sign to everyone and see how that goes for you.
Brandon Perez
>do anything by cry get off your phone, faggot
John Cruz
>the OK sign is a white supremacist symbol LOL I can't wait to see what normal thing you get triggered by next. The high five? Winking? I bet shaking hands might be the next thing to put you over the edge.
>mfw making two cardinals shitposts details the thread Is there a more fragile fan base than the c*bs? I hate the reds as a team a bit more but Jesus Christ
Sebastian Jenkins
darvish is going to half a good second half
Thomas Martinez
>Darvish solid through 3. What's with the Methinals fags shitposting here? Did their favorite meth lab at Busch blows up?
RIP No-no. Hopefully Dietrich got injured, he deserves it.
Nicholas Rivera
well he got out of it at least
Jordan Morales
Darvish is the Cubs secret assassin, everyone expects it would be Hamels to throw at people after what he did to Harper, but it's Darvish who has no problem doing stuff like that and make it not look like it's intentional.
Like that time he just threw it as hard as he could and he hit the batter, the ump and then Contreras on the bounce back on a single for a triple kill.
Brody White
Dietrich's sole skill is getting hit, what a wasted life
>Cubs have a 4 run lead >Wind blowing in still I'm feeling the bullpen will hold even if they give up a run or two and today's the day Darvish gets his first win at Wrigley.
Speaking of Schwarber, kids and baseballs I actually had a kid steal a ball Schwarber threw to me one time.
If you've gone to a Cubs game, you'd know Schwarber always throws his warm up balls to the 501 and 502 sections of the bleachers. I wanted to run an experiment to see if he'd throw to one of the center left bleacher sections. So I brought a pro Schwarber poster to get his attention and sat in 505, he actually came over and tossed a ball my way. But because of how it was tossed, the kid in front of me was able to jump up and snag it. It's pretty clear it was meant for me in retrospect, but since a kid got it, you have to give the benefit of the doubt that it was for the kid. The next inning Schwarber comes back and specifically points to me and motions that no one else should go for the ball. He tosses the ball to me, I get it, and that's that. Also the experiment was a success.
Moral of the story is kids are just as aggressive as adults in going for balls, the only difference is size.
>Getting a DP against one of the hottest Reds hitters. Lucked out, didn't help how he got knocked around by everyone else though. Those Heyward insurance runs are huge now.
In that game he went 1-4 but the only hit was go ahead home run so I guess that's good, at the time I thought he was a good but avarage player so when I heard that he was playing in the US I was really surprised
Camden Hughes
I hate to quote Dennis Hopper, but sicilians were spawned by niggers. Perhaps its coloured people you really are afraid of.
Levi Anderson
Also >Resds pulling a Maddon with their bullpen. I do enjoy that level of management.
Nothing will top the Travis Wood in the outfield game against the Mariners.
how is the baseball scene in Italy? I see you're usually one of the top European teams
Jaxson Wright
And he made an awesome catch in the ivy. Great game
Nolan Parker
Cmon Frankenstein
Aaron Wood
>The bullpen has a 3 run lead >Need to get 3 outs >But Darvish is the one in line for the win. >And it's Krimbel after his long outing yesterday Hang on to your butts.
That's what made it great, and Lester walking it off. Shame it was an ESPN game.
Adam Thomas
The national team is surprisingly good in Europe, the problem is that baseball is not popular at all so the only people who actually care about the sport are those who played it or those who follow the MLB, I heard that the Italian league can be compared with the double A championship in the minors
Ian Taylor
Hell, I'd piss on a sparkplug if I thought it would make any difference.
Isaiah Evans
Kimbrel shuts the door! [W]
Darvish gets his first win at Wrigley Field, and he deserved it with another masterful performance. Here's hoping that becomes standard for him.
Cubs take another series and are currently 5-6 after the all star break.
