No, as boxing became more global the blacks started losing their place in it, they basically got the advantage of being in white countries having control of boxing but no longer interested very much in participating. So for a certain period of time western originated blacks had a default monopoly in boxing. As for heavier weights, it's simply another default win, most of the world doesn't have the size or nutrition to grow big enough to compete in the higher weights and as a result blacks are prominent in them but have been considerably reduced in all the other weight classes. Him and Beterbiev are undoubtedly the 2 most vulnerable champions at LHW, though i'd also say Kovalev looks fairly vulnerable and past his best too. Bivol is the only one who looks like a strong champion, unfortunately his lack of popularity and the fact that he's so good makes him the perfect fighter to duck.
