The harder i make the difficulty the higher chance my players miss challenges. The AIs stats somehow get better and its players become faster. Doesnt make any sense.

When you up the difficulty the ai doesn't get smarter it just gets boosted stats. This is the case with the majority of video games from FIFA to civ
