However that being said, those striped jerseys you posted are goofy as all hell. I think a US jersey should be loud and obviously American without crossing over into unintended self-parody. Pic related is probably the coolest jerseys the USMNT have ever had.

This is a nice kit. But I think the white and red hoops is more distinctly American with it being like the flag and all.
A home kit of white and red hoops shirt/blue shorts/ white socks and an away kit of blue with white sash shirt, white shorts, and blue socks would be the perfect pairing.
