I think the Raiders can win a super bowl but probably not until their move to Southern California. As long as they're playing in Northern California they won't win because they don't have the support of the fanbase unfortunately.
The Dodgers will probably win the World Series this year.
The Clippers are now cooler than the Lakers so I think they will win. I think they are a better team. The Lakers can relocate to be honest.
