Why do so many sport stars want to play in Los angeles?

Why do so many sport stars want to play in Los angeles?

/pol/ told me that LA is a terrible place to live

it sucks if you're poor

LA is shit if you are Poor. If you rich LA is a nice place. Good Weather all year round

is it all because of the weather?

Rich people like to be among rich people

wow, what an unique attribute of LA where being poor sucks and being rich rocks

only in LA!

When you mean sports stars you mean soulless NBA players then sure because it's mostly in that
That's because that's where the other celebrities are being the second largest city and it's warm most of the year when other places get cold as hell. You have to deal with wildfires near your home, earthquakes, occasional lack of water and insane politics but that's the environment they want to be in

i'd rather live on the east coast if i was a millionaire sports star

like all super rich cities its terrible if you are not the 1%

>good weather
It's an arid desert. Wtf are you talking about?

First because they can be near hollywood, and the TV, movie, and record industry, so they can get paid more. Second is that their endorsements are worth more.

Also don't forget that /pol/ hates basketball american culture.

Basically yeah and it's Brazil tier in terms of income inequality

Imagine being a Lakers fan right now

FaveLA takes that to the next level tho, you can be a middle class person and have a nice house in a nice neighborhood in pretty much all cities, but in faveLA a middle class person can't afford neither a good house nor a good neighborhood.
Having the Crips, Bloods, cartels, latin kings and several biker gangs doesn't hep either

scenes like this frighten blacks, it reminds them of colonial times and slavery

you can have all that to a lesser extent in the east coast too.
imagine taking the celtics back to its glory (and being handsomely paid to do so), do some jewing stints (advertising, etc.) in nyc from time to time and admire this landscape everyday
perfection

The northeast is based and has everything you could want. More expensive then other places but dollar menu compared to the west coast

the gap is bigger though than in most other places

At least the northeast doesn’t suck the cock of celebrities like in LA. The NY athletes keep a more low profile on a day to day basis. This clippers trade isn’t going to work out.

it's literally just 1 sport (apehoop) and it's because niggers are retarded.

>has everything you could want
i couldn't handle that winter weather

would need a second home in the souf, anywhere but florida ofc

NBA is a winter sport, so living in LA or Phoenix or Miami means you dont have to deal with winter like you would in Cleveland or Toronto or Boston.

LA is in a desert but if youre rich you can have a pool and irrigated lawn and palm trees and you basically live in a tropical oasis like Miami but without the humidity, or rain. Its sunny and dry and warm for the entire season.

/pol/ says LA is a terrible place to live because sports stars are the successful incarnation of what they despise

>falling for the perspectives of fly overs who have never actually left their home town

Like any place there are good and bad parts. The rich parts are literally over policed to keep the standard of living high. Middle class areas are nice as well

lmao

>pol

they say a lot of things desu

its the cuck mecca, all the white sluts who look like lizards and mutants live there to service the bbc

PG does love strippers

because rich people can avoid the areas that have the bubonic plague carrying homeless running around

>middle class person in Flyoverland: owns house, nice paying job, friendly community, cheap urban centers nearby
>middle class person in LA: Lives in broom closet for 2000/month, only tech jobs exist, crime and homelessness rampant

hm
