Wolfsburg got literally founded by Uncle Dolf in 1938,with the VW company in mind.And Bayer Leverkusen is one of the oldest clubs aswell,the club was founded by workers of the Bayer company.
While they both have huge companies behind them,these companies were always there.In Wolfsburg case the company created the city and in BayerLeverkusen case the company is like 150years old and the club was founded by its workers.
