The Kings added mostly what they needed to fill holes for team friendly contracts.

Harrison Barnes might be overpaid but where else can a team like the Kings find a starting caliber cost controlled SF still in his prime? This trade was great for the kings. Justin Jackson is a sack of shit.
$85m over 4 years declining per year is hella noice. its been ages since the kings have had a competent SF

Dwayne Dedmon is perfect. The Kings sucked at rebounding and rim protection last year and it cost them a few wins. Dwayne is fucking great at rebounding and defense. The Kings were good at 3pt shooting, Dwayne is a fantastic 3pt shooter, one of the best centers at shooting and he's 29.
Dwaynes fit next to Bagley, Giles, and Belijca all make great front court pairings.
$41m over 3 years final year partially guaranteed, the same year sacramento jesus Deaaron Fox will be eligible for an extension. Dwayne will be 32 by then.

Trevor Ariza is good depth. his contract is $25mil over 2 years last year partial guarantee.

All the additions fill in glaring holes that plagued the kings last year, and their contracts leave them flexible financially. Plus, Barnes, Dedmon and Ariza are hardened veterans, should be good fits next to younger players.
They need a backup point guard badly still but they have approx 14m left.

When the Kings were good and executing last season, they looked really good, and they were in a playoff position for most of the season. Their entire young core should take some kind of step forward and they could be a dangerous regular season team.
