No, but you can only ask every 6 months, and often they start offering you worse and worse affiliates as time goes on. Once I hit 13 affiliates they were trying to partner me with Grenadian and Tahitian youth academies.

I have a question lads. Okay, so I check my training information for my First Team. I have the highest rate in the league for all areas. Every training area is 3.5* or better.
I checked my Reserve and U20. Again, every training area is 3.5* or better in quality. All Light Load too. Yet they're barely mid tier in quality compared to the league. Is the 'average thing' based on total stats of your staff?
I ask because coaches who are better or good want £3k+ and my board refuses to give me more wages. Does it matter? I have some spaces but since I can't get better and 3.5* is the lowest rating, do I need more? It's good enough, right? The rating level is the important bit on top of training facilities and personality for improvement rate?

Sometimes great coaches and good training can only do so much if the players they are working with aren't that great.
