Barry Town are an interesting club. Controlled them on CM back in the day. They were very dominant in the Welsh league and even took part in the English FA Cup before the 90's. Went out of business due to bad new ownership then the fans resurrected the club themselves and in 3 seasons they went from Welsh Division 3 to the premier. And now they're back in Europe

She's probably part-time for them, likely works part-time running her own physio company or something.

Their money comes mostly from sponsorship rights, TV rights (from S4C - Welsh tv channel, which itself gets money from the state), some ticket sales (probably ~350 average attendance), maybe some grants. The money they earn in the Europa League, even if they go out now, will probably be almost as much as they'll otherwise earn all season. Team is semi-pro afaik, so they'll be working as plumbers, teachers, etc.
