Who the fuck is this kid and what makes someone want to pay 120M for him?
19 years old
joão felix
they paid 120m because they thought he was worth 120m
also he's going to rock this sport
he won the eurovision couple years back
state of this guy's skin
Future Balloon d'Or winner from Porto's youth academy
With that price tag, anything short of that would be a failure.
It only makes sense if his agent is Mendes
He is a footballer/Trump supporter
portuguese clubs are the masters at scamming
>tf
>tp
gotta be honest. after this one, I will never shit talk Benfica ever again even though they are a shit tier corrupt pleb club. Managing to sell this kid for 126 million euros - not 120, it's 126 million - is a fucking CHAD move.
>mendes
The state of the market + his agent is Mendes. Can't wait for a few years when a footie player will be worth €200M
>I have another superstar for sale.
so this guy got exposed in the nations league against half decent defenders and they still added 6 millions to his pricetag
it's official
12 gorillion for mendes
Based BenfiCHAD
>few years
how much do you think mbappé's current value is?
thats a man isnt it?
it's the truth, they buy a brazilian shitter for 5m and a few years later they sell him for 50m
yeah, exposed after one game
fuck you pierre
not my fault he only played one relevant game this season
this
he will never be worth more than that in his whole career, even if he becomes elite, which I believe he might
genius move
no refunds
No, not all hues are into trannies
At least we sell them cheap, also our players are overall better than France,
Atletico were cucked into it. Joao’s agent was convinced them that city/united and psg were bidding for him
Honestly mate, what would you rate his worth?
more like they were on damage control and needed to soften the blow of griezmann's departure
Our clubs are horrible at selling, the tugas are the ones good at it.
I fucking wish
126 actually
40m
>Brazilians don’t know how to do business properly
>Portuguese apparently do
>Portuguese scam
learn 2 read
it's 120. 6 mil for interest. they'd be paying in installments not upfront.
Every transfer is instalments
>says the swamp jew
30-50m range
he's definitely massively overrated atm. i kinda hope he flops so I can laugh at atletico
>his only big moment was the game against 10 men Frankfurt
Absolute state, at least Renato Sanches had a good game against Atletico in the CL to fool everybody
They confirmed an OFFER. The deal is still not done.
Soon enough Benfica will be known as the club of expensive flops.
The only reason this sale happened was because of money laudering, no club in their right mind would pay 120million for the next Helder Postiga
>the next Helder Postiga
Milan already pay 38M for André Silva.
Simeone is known for killing attacking talent too. Yikes
120 is what he would be worth if he was a 23 year old potential GOAT
nowadays paying more than half of that doesn't make a lot of sense
nuno gomes
MENDES:
One of the oldest Sephardic families. It continued in Spain and in Spanish possessions long after 1492, the year of the general expulsion.
do not believe his lies lads
Hmm really makes you think
>this
They already needed another striker/winger before Griezmann announced he was leaving. Lemar and Correa aren't consistent enough. Costa looks about finished. Morata, who was in form at the end of the season, could very well be going back to Chelsea if the transfer ban was held up. Regardless of who they approached, they'd be taken to the cleaners when it came to the transfer fee. 126M is fucking steep no matter how you slice it, but Atletico have a good history when it comes to developing strikers. Griezmann, Costa, and Falcao all developed into world class strikers under Simeone. Him and Morata could make for an interesting partnership
mendes isn't his agent
I saw all his games so here it goes.
He is definitely a great player, too good for our league. Little fella is 19yo and already bosses the Primeira Liga, even though our league is shitwhen compared to the top4 it's still no pushover, specially for unexperienced youngsters who lack the know how to proper thrive in our corrupt league. However João Félix has showed he can do it even against the likes of Sporting and Porto. In the end though, is he worth 120 million? Hell no, that's the price of a player who should have ALL the skills to thrive in a team like Real Madrid or Manchester City. João Félix is still very flawed. In today's market he should be valued at something like ~40 million euros, but then again, that punk Renato was sold for 35 million and he doesn't possess a 1/4 of João's talent.
>Lemar and Correa aren't consistent enough
i remember when some moron here years ago said bernanrdo silva was a bust and that lemar was the actual real deal at monaco. saying bernardo only went to city because of mendes being his agent. funny how things have a way of working themselves out.
fucking keked at this one. I still rate André Silva though.
Lemar is dog shit. I knew something was up by him staying at Monaco so long.
>70m for lémar
oh no no no
It tends to be more so with wingers. When it comes to strikers he's had a good track record with Falcao, Costa, Griezmann and he even managed to make Morata look good on the last stretch of games. Which no one would have expected given his time at Chelsea. I think Simeone's lung busting, hyper organized style of play isn't suitable for most wingers. Turan said he wanted the move from Atleti (at least partially) because he didn't want to run as much as he was required under Simeone. No winger under a Simeone run team is going to have the freedom and lack of defensive responsibility that missi, tsunaldo or nerman have on their teams.
Who is then?
Even if they end up paying the full amount €70M for a player like Silva is a fucking steal! In Lemar's defense, he was playing better at the end of the season. Hopefully he steps it up a gear, but given the track record with wingers at Atleti, I'm not holding my breath.
falcao was elite before he went to atletico. 09-13 his was literally the scariest striker to ever play up there with r9
Bernardo was AWFUL his first season at City, now he was elite so I'm hoping the same happens with Mahrez who was also terrible his first season
City were never paying that much for this kid, they keep using them as bait but under Pep, City don't go buying everything desperately from everyone
its all coming together now
it's a company, soccerpromaster
70M
You mean against Bayern right?
The prices are climbing every season. Militão was sold for 50M this season too - breaking the record of our league - and no one shed a tear.
But they get that exact money from barca for greaseman so it's basically free

> What is agreed between the parties is that it will be the businessman Jorge Mendes to conduct a future sale, despite the athlete being represented by Pedro Cordeiro.
>você
Not sure, I remember him doing a brazzy run against Atletico but yeah maybe he was good against Bayern
C'mon, mano. It's a Benfica-Atleti transfer. Of course it has Mendes hand.
I was researching before he replied to me - Jorge Mendes is just a "mediator" .... hmmm. he is right
t. illiterate clowns
>can't even greentext
estado de voce
A merely innocent (((mediator))) of the transfer
use >(tu)
você is formal
I'm a businessman
I'm always formal
I bet if you dig deep enough you will find mendes and raiola were the ones stealing all the spice islands back in the age of exploration
f-fine, carry on
I'm a Benfica fan and I think 120m for Felix is a stupidly high price. That was supposed to scare buyers, but insteads it does the opposite.
The funny thing is that Benfica will eventually get ANOTHER new rising star and Mendes will again make millions.
Florentino will GOAT it up a lot this season
Atletico will probably sell some player to Benfica to cover part of these 120 gorillions in the next transfer seasons, don't worry about it
But 50M is the new 20M from like 10 years ago. nothing extraordinary nowadays, hell even Benfica spends 20M on a single player now.
It is going to be JOTA. Jota is actually great.
