De Jong is far more dynamic than that. He is one of their best signings in years. He and Arthur will work well together. I agree that they do need a complete midfielder, someone like De Bruyne, Kante, or Bernardo Silva. It is possible that someone like Riqui Puig could become that in a year or two.
