UEFA, CONMEBOL, CONCACAF, are fine as is.
CAF is mostly fine too.
AFC and OFC could merge and then be split into two, east and west, and possibly some CAF countries or even UEFA countries might like to join WAFC.
Turkey are, whether you like it or not, legitimate UEFA members. Football in Turkey started in Istanbul and Salonika.
Israel are not welcome to join either AFC or CAF, don't need to even entertain the thought.
