Yeah Mexico is more or less an ok team (consistent 16th place), the only way to get a better team is obviosly to increase the quality of the players but that will take time.
One of the issues is that players cost too much money, probably Chivas has something to do with that they are willing to play a lot for shitty Mexican players and therefore their price increase and they don't go to Europe, maybe the only way to make Mexico a good team is to have a strong league so young Mexican players that will stay here because is more confortable.

Yeah, Mexico si a weak phisical team just look at how Sweden dominated Mexico with superior strength, there aren't many 1.90+ Mexican players and the short ones are quite skiny. Most Mexicos skillfull players are 1.68m - 1.74m that would be aight if they weren't that skinny, maybe we need blacks, but we are kidna racist here and hopefully will never acept them
