I just like having physical copies of my favourite music, and I'd rather collect vinyl than cd's. It's not a big deal.
it's a nice way to support your favorite artists and have something to hang on your wall. Even though the sound IS noticeably better, there's more than one reason to collect them.
>not owning physical media
streamcuck
>artists
the label is getting like 90% of physical/digital sales
depends on who you're supporting.
i support
SWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANS
I might fall for the vinyl meme soon just to own deathconsciousness
I just collect CDs
I recommend it
CDs are cool too. Take up less room, way easier on the wallet too.
i just think they look nice
based
you sound like a lot of fun OP
mines arriving saturday
>not using cassettes to make physical copies of streamed music
It's like you guy like being ripped off
>Even though the sound IS noticeably better
It isn't, you've just memed yourself into thinking it is.
based. 320k mp3 is all you need
This is true, but FLAC is still nice if you like to re-encode your music later.
It's only better if the music was specifically mastered for vinyl, which nearly nothing is anymore
Even then vinyl has intractable problems with audio quality that cannot be overcome.
Oh wait you're not joking are you
It's a hobby, passes the time
nice tape decks tho
Buying vinyl shows you are really passionate about the music. Streaming your shitting rap and pop music shows you don't think its worth paying for. Why else would the worst shitty songs have the most streams.
im a vinyl frog, but if you buy vinyl to show you care about music then you arent buying vinyl because you care about music. you're buying it because you care if other people know you care about music
Rock died because people stopped buying the music. Rap didnt die because the music got so shitty that it was perfect for streaming so people didnt have to pay for it cuz they wouldnt if they were forced to.
Eh idk man you can enjoy vinyl records without having to rely on power. I get spoiled white kids can't understand that concept though
