>tfw VAR is here to stay and has officially ruined football forever
it will never be the same bros
>tfw VAR is here to stay and has officially ruined football forever
it will never be the same bros
>he's never experienced VAR kino
cringe
Was fun while it lasted amigo. I'm done with tv footy after the last season. Playing is more fun anyway
And that's good. Boca will never win again.
>people thinking VAR will somehow end refereeing errors and football corruption
how deluded can they be?
The past is dead, satan. Boomers are irrelevant and the world has changed.
stfu am*rican
I'm ok with boca not winning, but I fucking hate having to wait 2 to 5 minuts everytime something important happens in the game because the referee is a bitch who needs to be told what to do.
Yeah lets just let people make bad decisions then
yes, it is and has always been a part of the game, VAR takes out the best and most human part of the game (oponents bullying eachother in the box while taking corners, referees losing control of the games, murderball in general)
>implying the faggots in the VAR room will make better decisions than the faggots already on the field
Sports is about determining who the best is. If you want drama and entertainment then watch fiction instead
Good
Now salary cap your leagues so it's not 2 middle east-backed teams competing each year for 100 years and you will have fixed soccer
It's going to get much faster once the refs are more experienced with it. Obviously with something that is brand new it's going to take some time for the refs to get used to it and adjust.
>2 goals invalidated thanks to VAR
where were you when VAR btfo diving third world monkeys and south american soccer never recovered?
Cringe.
VAR is based but you're a fucking mutt incel, go away and have sex.
>he thinks VAR reviewers will make good decisions
Watch an NFL game sometime, if you can stomach it, and see how well VAR works.
>mas vale malo conocido que bueno por conocer
that's just a saying, mr pacino isn't entitled to it
rip futbol mr satan
Imagine thinking erroneous refereeing is worthy of keeping.
Some of you are truly brain dead.
pretty much every NFL game has several 50/50 calls
while I agree is reduces injustice a lot, the referee mistakes on the other hand becomes more infuriating. the cunt has the video and still takes a bad decision. back then there was still the "he didn't see it" excuse, not anymore, I also believe that VAR shouldn't show replay in slowmo, there is no such thing as slowmo irl, the referee should have the right to review a dubious action several time but only in real speed
I've come to realise that many people don't actually care about incorrect decisions and injustice. To them it just adds to the drama. Unbelievable to me but true.
it's just part of the game that we love
var just isn't necessary and it's shit to watch (especially in the stadium) and removes loads of emotion from the game
i appreciate i'm in the minority here, but i also appreciate the skill in tricking the referee/opposition players sometimes and i think var takes away from that too
some things are just more important than getting the "correct" result to me
I heard it a lot from dumb journalists, their argument is always the emotion, journalists are subhumans
>removes loads of emotion from the game
this argument is fucking nonsense
how is that still around after this seasons VAR decisions in the CL?
the emotion of scoring a goal far outweighs the emotion of the opposition getting a goal disallowed
what the fuck does that even mean?
the city - spurs game had both
the emotion of scoring the goal is still here, and the emotionof the disallowed goal is the new thing. people still celebrate goals
>people still celebrate goals
and then pause and calmly wait for the var check to finish
SHITE
NOT FOOTBALL
yes they pause when VAR is used, they still celebrated the goal before that
Spotted the Madrid fan
>Sports is about determining who the best is
brainlet opinion
>tfw you can’t celebrate a goal with your mates until a minute after when the referee looks at the video
This
I fucking hate Nadal for calling challenge on that last point of AO 2017, ruining the GOAT's celebration
>cheating gypsies mad they cant cheat anymore
AHAHAHAHAHAHA
We in Italy had VAR before everyone else (2 seasons now), and let me tell you it's far from being perfect, but still is an improvement.
>First year
First times it for 2-3 minutes for an episodi, but sono the time decreased to an average 60-80 seconds. Big mistakes were made, also because refs have the last decision and some plays remain discretional, but overall they decreased about 90%. FIFA decides to adopt it in the WC and improve its use respect to the Serie A rule, with big success.
>This year
We had more big bad decisions than first year because Refs Council incomprehensibly decided to give more discretion to some actions to the refs, both for the some harsh critiques the year before and give refs more power. Suddenly everyone, even those who the year before critized it, realize that the best thing to do is to actually improve its use instead.
>ruined
maybe ir you are a Halal fan
Notice how it's all Mediterranean shitskins and south American monkeys that are afraid of VAR lmao
Lmao go watch WWE instead
>Sports is about determining who the best is.
Then give back the Euro, retard.
>afraid of VAR
Ngubu League is the only one in Europe that doesn't have it yet.
>farsoylona and halal will never win a CL ever again
I'm not a big fan of VAR but there are some upsides to it
>VAR is bad
what a terrible take
previous cups used VAR a lot less
